Laundry room also on this level. The covered patio offers an outdoor shower with changing area, and plenty of space for summer entertaining pool side. Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supercedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! My stay

The house and property were beautiful! The pool could have been hotter. Pool guy said heater was not working. Also under no circumstances should renters be responsible to remove garbage from the property. There should be an outside company responsible for that. I had to put garbage in my very expensive vehicle and it smelled. That should be a priority for the owners to rectify. Thanks .
