We had a great stay at this beach house! The house was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach. Everything was exactly as advertised, and the overall experience was easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed all over Santa Rosa Beach during the past 20 years, but this was one of our favorites. Just off 30A on a secluded street with a short walk to the beach or pool. Close to everything, but plenty of space and reason to stay in as well. Kevin & Stacy were great hosts who communicated well and were available to answer questions during our stay. We will definitely be back in the future!!

Beautiful house, comfortable and easy shaded walk to the beach. Owners were super helpful in recommendations to make my son and my birthday amazing. We have already recommended the house to friends and hope to come back soon.

Location and beach access was great. Neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. The pool could be better, one was closed for half the time, and was small with no shade. Larger one was ok but still minimal shade. Luckily, we didn’t need it that much. The chair service on the beach was convenient. The house could use a serious deep clean though, there was food under the bed, bottle caps and stains all over, crumbs and stickiness on surfaces was very prevalent. The guest bath looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all.

We had a great stay at toes in the sand. Was super impressed with the immediate call to check in from Stacey to make sure all was well with our check-in. She immediately responded to any communication we had. The house was very spacious, very clean, well taken care of.10/10

Nice neighborhood, The sheets in the master bedroom kept coming off. Could use a better mattress. The back yard needed some tlc . We always get a golf cart, because it easier to get around. So I problem will not rent this house again

Very nice home for our family to stay over fall break. The house is very well kept and clean. 3 min walk to beach front and we used both pools in the development this trip. We will definitely be back to stay again!

This home was the perfect getaway for Thanksgiving. Kevin and Stacy were great hosts: welcoming, informative and responsive. The home had all the things we needed. It was close to the beach and walking paths. It was a perfect spot for a 30a trip.

Great Week Long Getaway

Property was clean and well stocked, matched listing 100%. Porches were nice to relax on, and the beach and pools were just a few minutes walk away. Highly recommend and hope to go back.

Fantastic Stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kevin and Stacey’s place! Their home has everything you need to cook, the beds are comfortable, and the backyard is fenced in case you’d like to bring your dog. The walk to the beach is short and the best part is it shaded most of the way there. We would definitely stay again!!!

Perfect family vacation!

Toes in the Sand is a magical house, our family loved every minute of our stay. The house is quiet, gracious, and beautiful. We spent hours on the porches and in the tower. We will definitely be coming back!

Thanksgiving at the Beach

We enjoyed so much our stay at Toes in the Sand. Beautiful home with a central location on 30a. Very close to Seaside and restaurants as well as a short stroll to the beach. Our two small dogs that we needed to take at the last minute, also felt right at home!
