Visit 30A Turtle Time at Seagrove Beach! Between the Palms and Pines! Peaceful, walkable family beach getaway!

Centrally located on the historic 30A roadway featuring hike and bike trails, delicious eats, and dreamy scenery including two nearby beach access points. Surrounded by pine and palm trees, our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom retreat is located on .4 acres and sits back secluded from the main street engulfed by nature.

After a relaxing day soaking up the sun and sand at the beach, take a dip in the community pool located closely at the front of the property or enjoy our fire pit with family and friends for s’mores and drinks by the fire! Or grab fresh seafood from Goatfeathers Seafood Market to cook up at the house!

Walking distance to great restaurants including the famous Café Thirty A, The Perfect Pig, Dough Sea Dough Donuts, Hokulia Shaved Ice & Ice Cream, Prema Organic Café, and more!

A quick 3 minute drive to Seaside to explore Bud & Ally's Waterfront Restaurant, The Great Southern Café, and the many other restaurants and shops. Or visit Old Florida Fish House for live music, drinks, and dinner.

We hope you fall in love with Seagrove and 30A as much as we have during each of our adventures to our Seagrove Beach Home!

Spring Break Fun

My friend and I took our daughters to Turtle Time for spring break. Our first impression was that the house was so charming and we loved the cul de sac it sits on. Surrounded by trees and just a short walk from the seaside, this vacation home is an absolute gem. When you enter, you are greeted by a warm and cozy living area. Everything was clean. The owners provide beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes, which were all huge positives for us. We did not have room for those things in the car and would have spent a good amount to rent them. There are lots of places within walking distance or short drives. We enjoyed Angelina's right around the corner. Picked it up one night when walking home from the beach. We also utilized the community grills to cook hamburgers. The pool area was nice. We would definitely return and recommend!

Beautiful surroundings in the best location!

A true beach house in a perfect location! Everything you need is a short walk away, ocean, shopping and restaurants. The well stocked kitchen was a true pleasure! No need to bring beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, bikes and toys for the kids because it was all provided!! Can’t wait for our next stay! Thanks for a great time!

Awesome 30A home

We loved our stay at 30A Turtle Time. The location is as ideal for us. Close to awesome restaurants, beach access, and the home was perfect for us as the cul-de-sac location combined with the heavy and beautiful landscaping provided a ton of privacy. The fire pit was great to sit around with friends in the evening as well. The kitchen is perfect for cooking at home and there are multiple fresh seafood stores close by. We will be back!!

Katie is an Arkansas native and Jason is a Texas native. Married in 2019, together they reside in Katy, TX with their poodle, Peanut! Katie and Jason fell in love with 30A and began frequently vacationing there before deciding they needed a retreat they could share with others.

Located on .4 acres, our house is the best of both worlds of forest and beach with pines and palms surrounding us including a space in nature to sit around the firepit with family and friends!
