Naviga o gioca su una delle migliori spiagge di Puerto Rico. Se stai cercando di allontanarti dal traffico e dai condomini alti, questa posizione è per te. Molto da fare e da vedere in un'atmosfera esotica, funky e rilassata. Cammina sulla spiaggia per chilometri e trova il vetro del mare o altri tesori. Vieni a scoprire perché Hwy 413 è noto come "La strada della felicità" e il poster recita "Rincon - Il miglior segreto custodito di Puerto Rico. Più che una destinazione. Un sentimento. Un'attitudine. Un ambiente.' I tuoi alloggi sono fantastici: l'intero piano superiore di un edificio di 3 piani, quindi molte finestre e luci e viste sull'oceano sono incredibili da quasi tutte le stanze! C'è una terrazza panoramica con vasca e patio sulla spiaggia con scale per la spiaggia. Tutte e tre le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata e le brezze tropicali ti terranno a tuo agio tutto l'anno con ventilatori a soffitto in tutte le camere. 7 posti letto con letto matrimoniale, letto matrimoniale e 3 letti singoli. Gli amanti dello sport e i drogati di notizie possono rimanere in contatto con WiFi, TV via cavo e Smart Roku. Affitta tavole da surf della porta accanto e prendi lezioni. We were searching for a place where we could listen to the waves and completely relax. It was everything that we could have wanted. Being next to the surfing area was quite enjoyable as we met many people coming to the beach — especially the one’s with doggies!! The local restaurants were very good. The rental had everything we could think of, beds were comfortable and the internet was reliable for my husband to still work from the site. Looking forward to another vacation stay in the future!

I had a wonderful stay here with my family. The views were absolutely amazing, and the house was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent they were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a very beautiful location. I will most definitely come again.

Beautiful place right on the beach with restaurants that serve late and the supermarket is only 10 minutes away if you don’t feel like eating out. The host was very quick to respond to our questions and was very nice. They provided everything we needed for indoors and outdoors like snorkeling masks and beach chairs. This has been my favorite Vrbo stay so far. If you’re thinking of renting this place just do it… you will not regret it.

Paradise was such a great place to stay. Having the 3rd floor and balcony access was just amazing. Being able to walk just steps to the beach each morning was a true experience. Erica at Kare Management was extremely helpful and so responsive. This is one place that I would highly recommend to all my friends and family. This place is a true paradise.

An amazing vibe from the moment you enter Rincon. Upon arrival we all found, even in the moonlight Our rooms full of natural light. Our views overlooking Sandy beach did not disappoint, our collective memories rate a 10!!! Communication with our host from beginning to end a breeze. Yes, ease of access to the beach. We are already exploring how soon a return. We hope it can be done again next year. We truly as a family loved the fauna and flora surrounding us, the sound of the ocean break on the beach. Relaxing, rejuvenating. No complaints with the weather, even a bit of rain didn’t dampen this wonderful beautiful place. We are truly grateful.

We rented this location to attend a friend's wedding on Sandy Beach, and the location could not have been better. It is right on the beach which allowed for a few great days of relaxing in the sun. The water does have coral shelfs in the surf line, so you do need to watch where you enter the water. Best spot we found was a couple of houses to the West of our location. There are several places to eat that are within walking distance, and it is a very short 10 minute drive to Rincon to go to a number of other spots. We did have one issue with the generator not kicking on when there was a power outage, but Erica and Ryan were very responsive to us, even though it was after 9pm and got ever working very quickly. Recommend this rental for a great spot to enjoy Rincon.

Incredible apartment on Sandy Beach! The third floor balcony alone is worth the stay, but add to that a well-equipped full kitchen, three bedrooms with comfortable beds, two baths, a breezy living space, and the best view up and down the coast. Beach chairs and umbrellas, surfing lessons and rentals next door, and walkable restaurants and coffee make this the ultimate beach vacation.

Hosts were always available for questions. The beach was amazing! There are 2 restaurants within walking distance and many more options a short drive away. Beach chairs were provided and perfect for the beach.

Loved the location and plenty of room in house. Beach was perfect and loved having walkable restaurants nearby. We enjoyed downtown Rincon as well! Convenient to have board rentals right next door. Beautiful sunsets and sunrise!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We've always dreamed of living on the ocean. In 2002 we stayed at a friend's condo on another Rincon beach for spring break. We walked by our property on this beach that was just constructed and fell in love with it. There were no high rise hotels or condo's on the beach and there were plenty of great restaurants and things to do in the area. Our daughters love the beach and it attracts all ages. Lots to do for young adults and parents. The people here are very friendly. Puerto Rico is exotic but is a territory of the US so no passport is required, money is the same and the real estate laws are very similar. I'm a realtor and can work well from my Puerto Rico 'home office' because we are well connected with cell phone reception and internet service.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

You can walk to several great restaurants and bars so it's nice to have that convenience. The views are exceptional, I think the best in Rincon, so we hate to leave the place once we get there. We love to dine on the roof top terrace and watch the moon & stars. We're on a peninsula on the farthest western point of Puerto Rico so you have interesting panoramic views. We look out on the Aguadilla peninsula in the distance. The sunsets are amazing! We love to walk the beach, some of it stretches along DNR owned property with no homes, and find interesting sea glass and shells. Most of all we love to relax and just take in the sun and watch the waves stack up and roll in.
