Absolutely beautiful property! Owners were wonderful, their home meticulously maintained. Safe, gated community, where you can walk the beach to restaurants. Rincon was laid back and perfect for our family vacation.

Our family had a great time staying at VillaNicky. The location was perfect. The house had everything that we needed including, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, and beach chairs! It was so nice to check in and find a case of water, coffee and a bottle of wine! We will definitely be back

Amazing stay in Rincón!!

We can not say enough about how fantastic Marco’s assistance and suggestions were the whole stay! The house was so comfortable and fully stocked! The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas and would highly recommend this home for anyone that is looking for a wonderful vacation!

Great location for our group of surfers and beach combers. Short distance to Rincon central and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Fantastic property and location. Owner communication was top-notch. Major Bonus- there was an island-wide power outage for the last 2-3 days of our stay, but the owner’s solar power backup kept the lights, fridge and ceiling fans running seamlessly.

Villanicky was a wonderful location for our family Christmas vacation. Access to the beach was ideal and everything in the Rincon area is within a short drive. The property is filled with amenities and we especially loved the outdoor grilling area on the rooftop. A fantastic home to make memories - we recommend this property if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing, beautiful place to vacation.

Superb Home

We absolutely loved our stay. The home had everything we needed and more. The property location is perfect, away from the congestion but close enough to get around. We definitely recommend Marco & Magda’s home. It was perfect.

This place was more than expected! The Villa was delightful and we enjoyed our stay! Marco and his wife were the best and I loved the Welcome bottle of wine. We would stay again without a question!

Our stay was amazing from the booking to the final day!! Marco communicated every step of the way even sending me information on things to do while we were there. The house was perfect and only steps from the beach! Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful house and location!

This property was amazing! It had everything you could need to get your stay started! We loved not having to pack anything for the beach other than our suits! We also appreciated the case of bottled water waiting for us on arrival. The property was very spacious and we loved sitting on the rooftop deck looking out over the beach! We will definitely be back!
