Clean and easy. Wish the 2nd bedroom had a queen or 2 fulls instead of twin beds.

We had an overall good time. It was not as nice as the pictures said it was though.

This property could use some maintenance as there were a few minor issues. I did not like the fact I had to wash their towels during the stay, I felt they should have resupplied more. We used the tennis court to play volleyball and it was rough. It needed some work and was over grown. It would have been great if it was lighted so you could play at night. I had trouble with they keyless entry during the stay. Everything else was pretty good. I would maybe come back.

However, the Tennis Courts are apart of the HOA over there, and we wouldn't be able to dictate what happens with that. Good fishing vacation

Overall, the property was nice and the management company was helpful. Great unlit fishing pier, and just minutes away from downtown Rockport.

Far from a Racqueball in yacht club!

This property only sleeps 4 not 6. Please update your living room furniture, very uncomfortable and has a strange smell. Dishwasher doesn't work well and per checkout the dishes needed to be clean. Bathroom curtain liners need to be replaced and your TV was very difficult accessing your movie channels. Other than the pier being nice don't think will be staying here again.

We really had a good time the only thing we didn’t like it was that the microwave had no power so we couldn’t use it 🙁and the horrible mosquitoes out side they were killing us🤣🤣

Nice pier

Good little getaway. Little further from the beach than I would’ve liked but we had to change locations to get the arrival day we wanted. Prior vacationer was definitely a fisherman as there was still a fish smell inside but other than that was good. My kids are loud so of course downstairs neighbor was probably happy that we left. Had to wait to get in because the keypad didn’t work and my husband was definitely frustrated with the timeliness of that. Someone tried to come in to the unit Tuesday before we left not sure why or who it was.

Locked Out

Upon arrival (three hour drive) the code for entry didn't work. I called the booking office, Mrs. Kitty's, and we tried three other codes with them on the phone. Nothing. We were left sitting with no shade in 100' + temperatures with a crying 9 month old anxious 4 year old. They eventually came to give us one key. Ordeal took ~45 minutes which is enough for anyone to cook in this South TX heat. Not as clean as expected, a few insects in the unit and needs updating but will give them a pass on this one. Other units still under repair. Location was great and fishing pier was awesome. Pier got crowded on Saturday night but it was a good time.

Electronic locks are part of this new technology, and unfortunately, there can be issues at times. Our staff is trained to trouble shoot from the office, so as you mentioned, trying different codes is protocol. We apologize that getting you a key took as long as it did.

the Pier was not available and that was a bummer but other than that we enjoyed the stay.

Rooms were just the right size, spacious., clean. We had a bad water leak in the master the day it rained but it didn't affect our stay. Everyone enjoyed the accommodations.

We love rockport and haven’t been since before the hurricane. It was a lovely property. We will be back!

Cute and cozy

The only problem we had was the tub in the second bathroom didn't want to drain so everyone had to shower in the other bathroom. Also the toilet in the second bathroom didn't really want to flush either. Also we had no TV for 2 nights. I called the after hours and left a message for them to call me back and no one returned my phone call.

Our stay was very nice.

Our stay was very nice. It had a lot of great features and was very well kept and clean. Your team members were very helpful and friendly and the payment process was made very easy. One thing, a member did call me on my cell while on the property but had to get off the phone to take care of something and said she would call me right back but never did. Don't know the reason for her call. She did tell me there was nothing wrong.
