Great location for all Birding activities

Perfect place to rest after a long day birding. We loved the split bedrooms. Excellent bedding.

Nice area and condo, clean. Only complaint is I was given the wrong codes to the pier and pool. Temperature was sometimes uncomfortable when the thermostat would adjust to a higher temperature especially at night when sleeping.

Amazing property in a great location!!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this well appointed condo. It’s a short walk to the pool and has a very long fishing pier! We fished in the bay and enjoyed a fantastic meal at The Boiling Pot. Looking forward to our next trip!

Rockport weekend stay

Absolutely loved the size and location of the condo. It was well outfitted with bedroom linens,bathroom linens, all the kitchen gadgets needed for home-cooked meals and we loved the fishing pier(lighted and ample room to drop a line end enjoy night fishing)

Grandparents Weekend

We brought our grandchildren for a weekend get away and enjoyed the pool and the short drive to the beach. The board games and cards in the condo were a hit with the kids.

Pool was clean and spacious. Condo was clean and well decorated. Air conditioning functioned well. Wi-Fi worked great. Had appropriate kitchen ware. Linens were clean. Plenty of parking. Short walk to the fishing pier.

Rockport trip 2025 - the property offered everything we needed, such as, pier access, clean pool , pet approved, with excellent rates !!! Our family really appreciated the quietness of the community. Additionally, the customer service provided by property management was top-notch, allotting an early check- and a late check- out . The condo was clean and stocked with more than enough toiletries and liens.

Great quiet location. Clean and fresh as well

We loved staying here! It was perfect for our family of 4 at a reasonable price. Close to everything to do in rockport and quiet and peaceful while there. Nice pool with a good shallow area for little kids. Beautiful private pier and boat parking too. I highly recommend anyone stay here if going to rockport. Kitchen has all necessities and everything was recently renovated and very clean!

Love this condo and location!!

We have stayed at this condo - 2 times now. Love the pool, the location to town. The pier is awesome!!! You feel like you are at home... Love it!!!!

Nice and clean place.

With the exception of a couple of things that were not working or broken at arrival, this is a good place to spend a peaceful weekend.

Such a great getaway!

It was everything promised online and more! The kitchen was well stocked with all of the tools and baking necessities we could need, the beds were excellent, although the one bed in a room to itself creeks a whole lot and that could bother a light sleeper. It was very clean, very safe, short walk to the pier, and the pier is in fantastic condition for fishing! We love the location, definitely want to come back!
