Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay at my vacation rental. I appreciate your kind words about the location and the game room and entertainment room. However, I am sorry to hear that you experienced some issues during your stay. I apologize for the inconvenience of the fireplace not being hooked up. We have now fixed this issue so that future guests will not have to face the same problem. Additionally, I apologize for the insulation on the floor from the heat vents. This has been addressed and resolved as well. Regarding the dishwasher supplies, I apologize for any confusion. We do provide enough dishwasher supplies for a short stay, but for longer stays, we ask that guests purchase additional supplies. I apologize if this was not made clear enough in the listing or during your stay. I will make sure to update the listing with clearer instructions. Thank you again for your feedback, and I am sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. I take all feedback seriously and will use it to improve the experience for future guests. I hope that you will consider staying with us again in the future, and we will make every effort to ensure that your next stay is a great one.
