The property is in a good neighborhood that is quiet and easy to navigate. The rooms are spacious and the space was very good for our needs during a renovation in our home. The accommodations in the kitchen are sparse and the backyard is in need of an update as well as several of the appliances, but it worked for us given that we lived nearby and brought from our home. The host was very responsive to all questions and was helpful during our need to extend.

The property is in a good location and in a nice neighborhood with ample space. The backyard and home needs updating and there was no functioning washer while we stayed. It worked for us because we lived nearby and we staying there during a renovation. The host was excellent and helped with the extension we needed. Overall, it is a place to sleep and space to eat, but limited items to cook with and limited outdoor area to enjoy. Fine for what we needed.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, which made for a very peaceful stay.Less than 5 mins driving to grocery shopping was so much convenient and also easy round about to the major highways. 10 mins walking distance to the park, 20-25 mins to La Jolla beach or downtown San Diego, or to the airport.Check-in and check-out were extremely easy, and a big plus is that the host is very quick to respond and very helpful.The house itself was spacious, and very comfortable.The security camera installed at the front door also added an extra sense of safety.Over all our family enjoyed this house and this will be our preferred house when we are back in Sunny San Diego!

After this was brought to our attention, we took additional steps to address the issue, including treatment around the exterior perimeter and targeted areas of the home. We have also incorporated proactive pest monitoring and treatment into our property maintenance, particularly during the warmer months in San Diego. We take guest concerns seriously and remain committed to providing a clean and comfortable stay.

Ants were not invited

Just a couple of items, the place had ants and I think the property knows cause there was a can of raid in the kitchen cupboard. Can’t use that when we have little ones. And in the. Bathroom downstairs the soap container was empty.The bedroom with the on suite , the shower that looks like it was a “beam me up Scotty” looking, is so hard to figure out and the water was too hot. Could not figure on to turn it down.Also that bed had sand in the sheet. So we were thinking they were never washed not good.
