This was a great find. Great view from the deck. House was clean and perfect for us. Close to shops and restaurants. Short drive to the beach. You won’t be disappointed

The host was great, always on top of communication and was prompt with answering any questions, The house was great and accommodated our whole group. Location was also accessible and we had a blast in San Diego

Street parking in front of the property was always accessible. I am not sure if it was just time of year but I would reccomend getting a couple of citronella candles for the backyard as the mosquitos were around a lot for our August vacation. Enjoyed all the amenities and was more than advertised. My family of 5 was super happy

Beautiful home! This experience deserves a 5 star rating in every department. Location was perfect. 15 minute drive to the beaches, or to downtown. Beds were very comfortable, and the home was clean In the evening, you can see Sea Worlds drive show. I will be back again.

We had a great stay at this property during our family trip to San Diego to visit Sea World and the SD Zoo. It was perfect for six adults and two toddlers. We loved the neighborhood and its convenient location. It also has an amazing view from the front deck! Teresa was a great host! I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Location was great! The observation deck was spacious and perfect for viewing the firework show. The home was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again.

This home checked every box we had and then some. There terrific communication checking in and out. The home was spotless and very organized. The location and veiws were very unexpected but so beautiful. Tha balcony allowed my family to sepnd very much h needed time together. Teresa was incredible checking in on us and making sure our stay was great. If you are looking for a beautiful home with beautiful views of the bay and ocean, this is it!

Great memories very close to the beach. Easy check in and parking. My kids loved the putting green. I would definitely recommend this rental to families great restaurants near by.

Great location

The location allows you to easily go to the beach, downtown and many local attractions. The firework’s from SeaWorld were a great bonus! Also the putting greens!

What an amazing mini vacation. We even watched the fireworks show from the patio. The entire home was so comfortable. I will definitely be staying here in the future

End of summer trip did not disappoint! Teresa was wonderful! I appreciated her wonderful communication and responding to all my questions and needs quickly.The beds were super comfy, perfect space for accommodating a family of 6. My kids enjoyed the putting greens and the front patio. It was so fun to watch the fireworks and enjoy quality time with everyone. The best part was being so close to everything! Such a gem of a house. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our summer memorable.

Location is wonderful. While the host seemed welcoming, we had multiple concerns. The home was not equipped with items you would typically expect within the bathrooms (asked for towels and waited 14 hours) and kitchen (salt/pepper, strainer) which was disappointing. Note that when you arrive, you are met with over a dozen stairs to access the front door. This will prove difficult for older individuals with large bags. Lastly, would have been nice to be informed to pack earplugs given the planes heard overhead every 10 minutes.

Overall, we did enjoy our stay. The home has a really nice view and the front patio is a great place to relax. The location was perfect for us — grocery stores are about five minutes away or less, and it’s very close to the beach and SeaWorld.There were a few things future guests should know. The house was not as clean as we expected. There were spiderwebs and spiders in several areas and the floors were quite dirty. The patio chairs in the backyard were also very dirty.When we arrived, the front door would not lock from the outside, so we had to leave through the back door to lock the house. They did come the next day to replace the batteries and it worked fine after that. We also accidentally locked ourselves out of one bedroom. While it would be helpful to have a spare key on site, they were able to send someone the same day to unlock it.One of the beds was extremely low and uncomfortable and could use a new bed frame. Also, airplanes fly overhead frequently, which didn’t bother us but could affect light sleepers.That said, they did resolve issues quickly. I accidentally left my toiletries bag and they mailed it back within a few days, which I appreciated.

Property is located very conveniently. During the summer you get a great view of the Sea World drone show!The house was awesome. Bbq, front deck overlooking ocean with a fire pit. Plenty of supplies. All parties kept saying "this is such a great place!"The check out was nice! They didn't ask us to everything g before we left.
