Outpost: Town Square Lodge 12 - Close to Town Square

Hi Don, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the value of your stay did not meet your expectations. Jackson Hole is a popular destination, and pricing—especially during peak travel periods—can reflect the high demand throughout the area. That said, we strive to offer homes at a variety of price points and ensure each listing is accurately represented with current photos and detailed descriptions so guests can make an informed decision when booking. We appreciate your feedback and hope you were still able to enjoy your time in Jackson Hole. All the best, The Outpost Crew

Hi Michael, Thank you for your review! We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the location and found it convenient for exploring downtown Jackson. We understand that being in a central location can come with a bit more street activity, and we’re sorry if the traffic noise impacted your stay. To help minimize this, we’ve provided white noise machines in the bedroom to make the space more comfortable for our guests. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back to Jackson Hole in the future! Thank you, The Outpost Team

Hi Noah, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are sincerely sorry again that you were unable to visit Jackson Hole due to being selected for jury duty. We are disheartened to hear you had a negative experience with our team and communications. We strive to provide clear and transparent information to our guests regarding our policies at the time of booking. We of course understand that certain circumstances may arise that prevent guests from traveling and offer trip insurance for this reason. While we did receive a message the morning of your check-in informing us of your circumstances, we did not receive a response following our multiple messages until after your scheduled check-out. As a business, we have contracts and obligations to uphold, including our cancellation policy. Additionally, had we been made aware of this prior to your check-in date, we would have been happy to provide the proper documentation as you would have been eligible to be excused from jury duty for the dates overlapping with your reservation. We hope you can understand that given the last-minute cancellation and communication, we were unable to provide a refund beyond the unused property fees. Should you ever return to Jackson, we hope that you will consider providing us a second chance to provide you with a more positive experience. The Outpost Crew
