That said, we’re very sorry for the noise you experienced from outside. As this is an older building, the insulation doesn’t dampen sound as much as we’d like, and some noise is unfortunately inherent in multi-level properties. We completely understand how disruptive this can be. While we provide white noise machines in each bedroom to help guests rest more comfortably, we understand that they may not fully eliminate the impact of outside noise. Regarding the air conditioning, the listing notes that AC is only available in the main common area. We apologize if this wasn’t clear, and understand how bedroom temperatures could have impacted your comfort. We appreciate your feedback on this and will consider it for future updates.
