We do have it listed in the house details that we ask our guests to be thoughtful about water usage, as it comes directly from our captured spring. The cabin is also on a whole-house water filtration system. We also appreciate you mentioning the service in the area, this is a helpful note for our future guests. We value your feedback about the deck rails and have it on the replacement list. We have it clearly noted in the check-in instructions that cell coverage is limited for the last couple miles to the cabin. Once inside, login to the Starlink wifi and then your cell service and wifi works great. We hope to welcome you back for another relaxing getaway soon!

Thank you for your review. We take all reviews seriously and use them to improve future guest experiences. We do feel that your review is unwarranted. Almost all of the furniture is brand new from Article, Restoration Hardware, West Elm and Serena and Lily. There are only a handful of older items including some of the deck furniture, but have since added an additional, brand new new patio table and chairs. All of the mattresses and beds are brand new. The BBQ grill is also brand new. You noted that the landline wasn’t working. We do not advertise a landline. The home has Starlink and it is clearly noted that you need to enable Wifi calling on your cell phone for phone service. We do not agree that access is difficult. The home is located off of a well maintained dirt road, which is perfectly accessible by any type of vehicle in the non-winter months. If you are traveling to the mountains of Colorado in the winter, 4WD with good snow tires is a must. The listing also clearly notes: Cabin is "hidden from the road” “on a private 35 acres” and “25 miles from town”. We are sorry if you felt that the home did not meet your expectations.
