First floor features an open layout with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, living room with 55in smart tv, dining room, chef's kitchen, bar, and laundry room.
#1 bedroom has a king bed, 50in smart tv, dresser & closet space
#2 bedroom has a queen bed, desk, & wardrobe space
1st floor bathroom has a steam walk-in shower & beautiful tile!
Second floor has 1 bedroom and a large luxurious bathroom.
#3 bedroom has a queen bed, desk, dresser, with a closet in the hallway
2nd floor bathroom oasis has a walk-in shower with slab marble,
custom tile, and beautiful fixtures, freestanding bathtub with skylight above, double sink custom vanity, and closet.
The front yard has a patio table and two chairs for enjoying your morning coffee. The backyard has a large BBQ grill, Adirondack chairs for relaxing, and a patio table and chairs for dining al fresco under the solar powered string lights. Bring your Spikeball to play in the yard or cruise down to Sloan's Lake for all the park amenities.
Parking is very easy (alley and street parking).
On a peaceful, tree-lined street, close access to tons of restaurants, breweries, and shops and a 2 block walk to the fabulous Highlands Farmer's market every Sunday from mid-May through mid-October.
