The house was very cute and clean. The beds were comfortable and the showers had good water pressure. It was very accessible and there were great coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

Great home

This was the perfect vacation home! It was nice and spacious and pretty close to a lot of hot spot areas in Charleston. We really enjoyed our stay and do not have any complaints!

We loved our stay. Great location for trying new restaurants and exploring. Awesome little kitchen. Also nice to have off street parking.

Management was very accommodating on our earlier than expected arrival. Home was clean and comfortable. My sister, girlfriend and I each enjoyed our own bedrooms. We ubered to all our evening meals but walked in the morning/afternoon to local shops and neighborhoods. FIG was our favorite dining spot.

Perfect!

Great property with everything you need. Very clean and super responsive owners. The best part about this property is the convenience to King Street and to downtown Charleston. We had a wonderful 3 days.

The Swan House was a great stay for us. The kitchen is well stocked and whole space was cleaned well. The linens were very soft and plenty of towels and small samplings of soap and other toiletries. The location is great. We walked everywhere. We broke it up but walked to East Bay Area and then all the way back. Felt safe. Coming St is a somewhat busy street. Road noise to be expected but not to where it was disruptive to our stay. The balcony off the bedroom overlooks the gravel parking lot but still a pleasant space. The rocking chairs are nice on the side porch, watching ppl line up to eat at Chubby’s. Very little communication with host bc wasn’t needed but was quick with the 1 time. A definite return space for us.

Amazing!

The Swanhouse was a perfect stay! The hosts had amazing communication, the property was just as pictured and in the most incredible location! We hosted family over Thanksgiving and it felt so homey comfortable. I would highly recommend the Swanhouse and we can’t wait to stay here again!

Fun Weekend Getaway with the Girls!

Amazing location for access to King Street and most importantly Chubby Fish! Very cozy space for game nights at the end of a long day and enjoyed all the nearby coffee shops and love Holey Bagel nearby as well.

Overall very clean and nice walking distance to most things you need. Keep in mind this is a second floor ONLY rental. More than likely just a me problem, but I thought the rental was for the whole building. Parking is very tight but achievable.

The house was great! The only suggestion I would give is to let guests know if they have a suburbran or excursion size SUV that the parking is very very tight. It was a great location and very nice house though.

Early birthday trip

Pretty, nicely appointed upstairs apartment. Great little spots to eat nearby. As other reviewers have mentioned, parking is very tight and the living room could use another comfortable spot to sit.
