Pet friendly 5-bedroom coastal retreat sleeps 16

This freshly renovated, charming coastal cottage fits the whole family with room to spare! Five bedrooms, four bathrooms, three gathering areas and one with a kitchenette, extensive outdoor decks and yard, and a chef's kitchen. Only a short 5 minute drive to the beach and Dock Square. This property is well equipped with kids dinnerware, pack & play, toys/books, air conditioning, outdoor fireplace, baby high chair, beach equipment, and so much more! The property abuts the Rachel Carlson wildlife preserve and has easy access to the highly sought after Kennebunk Bridle Path. Enjoy beautiful views of the Mousam river on this 2.5 mile trail, dogs are welcome, but need to be leashed. Come enjoy your Maine vacation! Pets welcome with prior approval, max of 2 dogs only, pet fee $150/dog. A beach parking pass will be provided! This property is equipped with an exterior camera. 6 Cars maximum.
All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials!

Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom #1: 1 primary bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet, ensuite full bath. Pack and play in the closet.
Bedroom #2: 1 King Bed
Bedroom #3: 1 King Bed
Bedroom #4: 1 King Bed & 1 twin daybed w/ trundle
Bedroom #5: 1 Bunk Bed (twin top and bottom) 2 Trundle Day Beds (Twin top and bottom).
Total: 12 bed sleeps 16 people comfortably!

Nice spot for family get together

Central location to all the local attractions. Very nicely appointed, comfortable accommodations. Only drawback, if staying a week with a party of 15+ the trash bins fill up fast, needs a dumpster.

Spacious Comfort for Everyone

Thank you for a wonderful stay in Kennebunk, Maine. The home is incredibly comfortable, spacious for meals and time together while also providing plenty of privacy for multiple families and friends vacationing together. The home is close to the attractions of Kennebunk Port and for day trips to Portland, Acadia National Park, Portland and other attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with everything necessary for those wanting to cook and lots of games and puzzles for bringing everyone together. It also is nice to have a home with a large backyard that welcomes family pets. The property manager was available to answer any questions and made us feel welcome from the beginning through the end of our stay. Highly recommend!

Outstanding Holiday Gathering Place

The house provided comfortable living and sleeping areas for our extended family's holiday gathering. So close to the seashore, Kennebunk and Kennebunkport attractions -- as well as Portland -- that our excursions were easy and enjoyable. The well-appointed kitchen provided all we needed for holiday meals.A highlight was the communication with and responsiveness of the property managers.

Family Reunion 2024

The house in Kennebunk Maine was an excellent location to host our family reunion. We traveled from Virginia, Ohio, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Maryland. There was plenty of useful space for gathering, cooking, eating, playing games, washing up, and sleeping, The beds were fabulous. And of course we had the eastern shores of Maine to explore and relax.

Wonderful place to spend time with extended family!

Rented this home to spend time in a central area with extended family. We were able to spend time at Mother's and Parson's beaches, shop downtown, go sailing in Ogunquit and sit around a large dining room table eating family meals and playing games. The bedrooms were so spacious. We could have fit plenty of additional kids AND adults with the trundle bed options. The air condition was a great reprieve from the warm ocean breeze. We loved the Rachel Carson-like back yard for the dogs and kids to run and play. The home really couldn't have been better for our family! We would absolutely stay again!
