Relax and unwind on the leather sofa couch or armrest chairs as you watch your favorite shows and movies on the mounted flatscreen. A stone fireplace provides warmth to the entire living space, providing a cozy spot to warm up on chilly winter evenings. A few steps away is the gourmet kitchen, equipped with all modern stainless steel appliances and stunning granite countertops, you’ll have everything you need for a delicious home cooked meal. You’ll find seating for four at the breakfast bar while additional seating for six can be found at the large dining room table. Around the corner you’ll also find a full size washer and dryer that is conveniently provided for you to use during your stay.  

Head outside for some fresh air and stunning pine tree views on the back deck. Enjoy the flawless Big Bear weather and barbecue some steaks on the propane grill. During the winter months, the kids will love building snowmen in the expansive backyard or when the weather is nice, go on a pinecone hunt. In the garage is an EV Charger available.

Let the fun continue, back inside and up the stairs you’ll find the loft converted game and theatre room. Play a friendly game at the shuffleboard table or try your hand at the classic arcade game. The kids table provides the perfect spot to play a board game. A full size bar allows you to grab a cup of coffee from the keurig or mix up your favorite drinks while you wait for your turn. Five people can sit at the bar while the sofa couch provides additional comfortable seating. Or enjoy watching your favorite movie in the theatre room  with plush seating for eight.

When you’re ready to settle down from your adventures, back downstairs you’ll find four bedrooms, perfectly designed with your comfort in mind. The first bedroom is the master and provides a king size bed, cozy fireplace, and private access to the back deck. The attached master bathroom also provides additional privacy with double vanity sinks, a glass walk in shower and soaking tub. In the second bedroom, another king size bed can be found with private access to the back deck and a private master bathroom. Double vanity sinks, glass walk in shower and soaking tub is also provided in this bathroom. The third bedroom offers a spacious queen bed and a queen over queen bunk bed, mounted flatscreen and a fun teepee camping playset. The attached bathroom gives you a stunning glass walk in shower. The last bedroom this home offers, has a queen size bed, workdesk and closet for storing your belongings during your stay.
