Hello from your hosts Brooke and Matt! We have rented in the Arrowhead Lake community for years with our 5 kids and built wonderful lasting memories. When we purchased our second home there, we wanted to share it with others, just like we had the opportunity to do.

Leisure time can be elusive in our modern world. But in the quiet moments inspiration is born, our minds and bodies refresh, and we reconnect with our loved ones. Our home, Sunshine Chalet, is in the exclusive award-winning gated community of Arrowhead Lake. Included in your rental, you can take advantage of access to the lake, beaches, playgrounds, lodge, game room, exercise room, and much more. Also, a great play to stay to visit all the many site seeing locations around the Pocono Mountains.
Our property is in the elite and gated resort community of Arrowhead Lake. Once booked, you will need to provide additional information such as email and vehicle information for proper registration with the community so you can access the property and amenities.

All registrations for the HOA resort community must be completed at least 5 days prior to check-in.

A season rental shack is open during the weekends for canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, bikes and sports equipment and are available to rent for a 2-hour time period.

Arrowhead Community Resort Amenities include: beaches, swimming pools, canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, fishing, boat rentals, tennis, playgrounds, picnic areas, lodge with fun events, fitness center, library, game room, billiards, bike rentals (some features are seasonal so check with us about specifics)
All guests must follow the rules of the Arrowhead Lake Community and Coolbaugh Township. No fireworks and no burning of fires allowed on the property. Additional guidelines and helpful information will be provided in Welcome Packet upon booking.
