There are three bedrooms and two full baths located on the first floor. The first bedroom includes a King bed and large wall-mounted flat-screen T.V. The second and third bedrooms each has Queen beds which shares a jack-n-jill bathroom and both bedrooms have access to the outside covered patio that backs in to the preserve. The master bedroom suite is located on the second floor includes a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity, a jetted-tub, and a large walk-in shower. Access your private 3rd floor balcony with breath taking views of the preserve from the fifth bedroom with Full bunk beds with a twin trundle and its own full bath ideal for children ages 12yrs or older.

Things To Know

A starter supply kit includes paper products and hand soaps will be provided. You will need to get more other supply for longer stays. We don't supply other toiletries; you will need your own shampoo, etc. I don't provide kitchen basics (foil, oil, nonstick spray, salt, pepper, seasonings, coffee, cream, sugar). The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, a Keurig k-cups coffee maker, and more. Closest grocery markets are Publix and Walmart for your food and supply needs.

There is a Ring video door bell cam outside at the front door facing the street and the driveway to ensure the security of the property and our guests. Cameras record whenever motion is detected.

When accepting the reservation via AirBnB/VRBO, you agree to the rental agreement terms and "house rules". A signed vacation rental agreement is required by the county. Guest must submit a photocopy of government issue identification as part of booking requirements. This property requires a $300 security deposit by putting a HOLD on the Guest's credit card prior to the arrival date. It will be collected separately by the property and instructions will be emailed via a secured link to an online form to authorize and schedule the security deposit.

Attention: Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

INSECTS AND WILDLIFE: Please understand you are in the unincorporated area in the City of Santa Rosa Beach, and you may occasionally have "uninvited guests" (ants, lady bugs, flies, bees, etc). Refunds will not be given for visits from these 'uninvited guests'.

No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in 30ASandCastle at Cypress Breeze Plantation on 30A. No exceptions will be made. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $300, plus the expense of steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.

Our community, Cypress Breeze Plantation, is governed by Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions. Please familiarize yourself with these summarized rules to ensure compliance while enjoying our community.

QUIET HOURS (10:00pm -8:00am) BE A GOOD NEIGHBOR. At all times, please be courteous of your neighbors by keeping music and noise to a reasonable volume. Walton County quiet hours also begin at 10:00pm.

ELECTRONIC KEY FOB is hanged by the main door. This is key is for our guests to access the Pool. Lost Key Fob will have to be replaced for $50 so please ensure to take care of this key as you’ll need it to access and enjoy the Pool while you are here in SandCastle.

GOLF CARTS/MOTORIZED VEHICLES USE CAUTION & RESPECT TRAFFIC RULES
Please ensure all vehicles including golf carts, mini bikes, or other low speed vehicles are obeying all stop signs and the posted speed limit. Golf cart users in the state of Florida are required to be licensed drivers including on private roads. Any owner using or providing a golf cart to guests for their use should carry appropriate liability insurance.

PARKING PARK IN ASSIGNED DRIVEWAY. NO OVERNIGHT STREET PARKING.
All residences are limited to the number of parking spaces within their driveways. Guests may park on streets for short duration, but not to block traffic flow. No parking on common or preservation areas to include the road right of way. There is no parking within 10 feet of a fire hydrant. Commercial vehicles may park on street while providing services to a Lot.

TRAILERS/BOATS/RECREATIONAL VEHICLES STORE OFF SITE. Boats, personal watercraft, trailers may not be parked on the Lots. Recreational vehicles may be parked on the driveway area of a Lot for up to a total of 48 hours per week.

TRASH SERVICES (MONDAYS & THURSDAYS) Trash removal is scheduled for Mondays and Thursdays. Garbage must be kept in sanitary, covered containers that are stored out of street view. Please return trash containers from the curb following pickup. This not only eliminates an unsightly appearance but also helps prevent the attraction of bears, raccoons, and other wildlife. Please pick up any garbage wildlife may scatter.

Great property and layout within a calm, well-developed community. Very clean and comfortable for large groups. Plenty of space and equipment available around the property to enable quality group activities, such as game nights and bbq dinners. The neighborhood pools offer options for all ages and are quite large. We enjoyed our time in Santa Rosa Beach and the close proximity to public beach access was extremely valuable.

A wonderful stay!
Great stay! Very clean house that matches the pictures and we fit 4 cars in the driveway easily which was helpful with family coming in from different areas. Even with a toddler and 2 babies, the pool and beach were both in walking distance and the host had a beach wagon (as well as other beach items) provided in the garage. The pool was huge so even when there were a lot of people there, there was plenty of room to have an area to ourselves still. There were several grocery options within a very short drive and the grill at the house made for easy cooking for lunches and dinners. We also drove over to some of the other parts of 30A like Seaside for shopping and it was an easy drive. We did rent a golf cart through the host as well and that was great to have!

Wonderful Family Gathering Beach Getaway Home!
This home is a great beach destination for large families. The home is spacious for large families with everything you will need for your vacation. We had 16 adult family members. Beautiful community pool and great location to the beach. Owner was quick to respond to anything we needed. Would definitly rent this beach home again.

Great house & great pool!
We rented this house for a family of 10 (grandparents, kids & grandchildren). It was perfect. Has a large open living room, kitchen and dining with plenty of seating. We rode the bikes to the beach and the pool. Great location in a very nice neighborhood with a beautiful community pool. We took some family photos at the pool using their beautiful rock walls and landscaping as our back drop. Would definitely rent this house again!
