We hit a few bumps upon arrival with the key code but thankfully, we were able to clear that up within 20 minutes or so. The condo was beautiful! The location was perfect. The instructions for everything were on the fridge. Our family really enjoyed our time and we would love to come back.

Lots of room, lots of bathrooms. We were able to park our car in the provided space and didn't move it, because the condo was so close to town. Loved it!

Wonderful beach view! Spacious condo with good floor plan. Overall unit had several specific maintenance items needing attention, but notified mgmt co and they were prompt with their reply! All bed Mattresses are soft for those who prefer that. Convenient to beach... but a further walk to center of town for restaurants.Parking was assigned and beneath building with elevator for easy access and loading.

It is a corner unit with the ocean view being more toward the right as there is a utility pole right in front of patio. The parking area under cover is a joke. Very small with poles along one side and wall on the other making it almost impossible to open doors. We had to park in provided parking lot out side of unit. It was paved. An elevator is provided, which is nice. On approach to the unit, there is a front porch which is nice. The woven chairs placed there were well used and had holes in them. The inside unit was very clean and well decorated with comfortable furniture. The ocean view had nice chairs with view as described above. It was nice to sit outside with the nice breeze and a right view if the ocean. The shower in one of the baths had, the controls off, but it had nice hot water. Although it was nice to have an oceanfront place to stay, I felt like for the price I would have expected more. There aren't any pictures of the parking and the pole and hotel to the left are cut out of the picture view.

Very central to all things fun at Folly. Hardwoods were lovely and clean, nice decor. Hard to find front door, but the view of the ocean is exceptional and balcony is spacious. Easy beach access and nice to have parking off of Ashley. 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths were nice.

We just needed a short getaway from our busy schedules. Our stay here was outstanding! We got in really late and check-in was a breeze. The staff was very responsive to any minor items and the view was amazing! This location is just steps from the beach, as described, and soooo peaceful. We would definitely stay here again.

The location and size of the apartment was good. Very poor attention to detail by the owner - dust in several areas, no coffee filters or salt and pepper; master bed mattress was old and lumpy, cheap old pillows and the bed creaked. Only gave us 2 towels per person for 3 days and left old towels in the hamper from prior guest.

I loved the property and would stay again if in the area. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants therefore never made a meal. Just steps to the beach and once on the beach then you can see the pier. Sunrise on the beach with the pier was spectacular! Make sure you hit Burts for provisions. Loggerheads put our basketball game on and is two blocks away. Great spot to stay and great communication with the property managers.

We loved our stay and the location on the beach is perfect! An easy walk to the main strip, and incredible beach access. The balcony was perfect for family games and meals, and you cannot beat the view.

Overall, we had a great stay. It was very spacious and comfortable. Large rooms and large hallways made hanging out there feel less confined.Not leaving a five star because you have to pull sheets off of beds. These type of things should be part of the cleaning that they already included the price. Also had glass and ceramic decorations in the living room with some of them broken when we arrived, I’m assuming from prior guests. I could see this as a hazard with families with children.

Great views of the dunes and beach, and a quick walk to the beach as well. Quick and easy to walk back to the condo from the beach to grab snacks, bathroom breaks, etc. while the rest of the gang stayed at the beach - could even see them on the beach from the condo! Condo itself was a great fit for our family, and the elevator was handy with hauling our luggage. We’d happily stay here again.

The property was clean, convenient to everything including the beach, but the place was tired. Needed some general upgrades. The 4 Roku TVs each had their own issues. 1 bedroom tv the volume would not work, 2nd br tv had no remote but would randomly turn on when others were turned on. Master was fine and had no issues, and was the largest tv in the home (not the den??). The Den tv had the most issues. We were there for the beach, but also huge college football fans so the size of the den tv was dissapointingly small. The remote worked 1/2 the time at best. You could turn it on, but sometimes it would not move left/right/up/down. We conintued to have to unplug the roku and plug back in. Sometimes the power to turn off would not work. Eventuallyt the volume buttons stopped working. There was an unusually strange amount of water in the bottom of the dryer and the door facing was all wet and dripping. Unable to use. The blinds in the bedroom with the bunk beds were crooked, half up, half down tilted at an angle, and would not move or close. The kitchen scissors would not even open. And not the property mgr problem, but in most rentals, there is left over kitchen spray pam, salt, pepper, some basics. There was NOTHING. Clean unit, great view. Had a blast, Just a few issues that need to be addressed.

Great location and plenty of room, but decor and furniture was quite dated. The floor had not been swept or mopped and we ended up with very dirty feet just from being inside the condo. One bedroom had a broken window blind and one had a Walmart paper bag taped over it. The biggest disappointment was that the deck chairs' seats were busted through, making them unusable. We contacted leasing company but they were unable to replace while we there. We were very disappointed in this because the reason we chose this property was because of the view. Sadly, there was nowhere to sit to enjoy it. It is truly steps from the beach and walkable to everything.

Perfect location

This condo is a perfect spot on Folly—park your car and then just walk every where! The beach is right across the street. It’s clean and comfortable and for us, it was perfect. Highly recommend!

We’ve stayed in this building several times. This was the first time we stayed in this unit. It isn’t as nice as the others we stayed in. It’s a bit dated. Toilet seats are worn and need replaced, Baseboards need painted. Curtain rod in living room came apart and not put back together correctly. Light fixture over dining table looks like a hall light. It’s not the right kind of lighting for over a table. Deck furniture is not in the best shape. Put more hooks in the bathrooms for towels, bathing suits, etc. The cleaners missed cleaning one of the showers altogether. Pictures are just randomly hung on walls. A little bit of effort and updating would step this unit up and compete with the others. Location is great.
