Very nice unit, great communication with host, who was super helpful with suggestions for sightseeing and other activities locally. The whole complex is well maintained and clean and has numerous activities. We definitely plan to stay there again!!!

The property was great! Loved the entrance, which immediately sets your mood for the ocean. Rita was awesome at communications! All furnishings were top-notched, and the treats and beverages provided were enjoyed by all who stayed with us.

Beautiful Property on the Kona Coast

Amazing property, immacualtely upgraded, great ocean views, very well stocked with great amenities, and a wonderful host! Highly recommend and we will definitely book/recommend this property .

Bucket List Trip

Can’t say enough about this beautiful property. The place is beautiful but I have to say our happy place was on the lanai. The view and sound of the ocean is exactly what you envision when you think about a trip to Hawaii. Rita was so wonderful with the whole process and she gave us so many recommendations about places to eat, visit and all the high points of the island. Can’t wait to come back!

Great Kona Property!

After booking the property and reading the reviews I had high expectations and I can say that it turned out better than I expected. The property is beautiful and very well maintained. Keep in mind that this is a resort and you get all the perks with it. The owner is lovely and responds to questions immediately. If you are considering this property I would tell you to just book it. It does not get better than this.

Pure perfection in Kona

Rita is fabulous! Her home immaculate. Her attention to detail, crazy spot on. Enjoyed every moment. Serious lovely from the moment you arrive till it’s time to leave. The pictures are not even as lovely as the home and the pictures are fabulous. She had tons of beach goodies too. Just splendid and can’t say enough about her or her home. Thank you Rita!!!

A Slice of Paradise! Everything You Could Ask For and More!This condo exceeded every expectation. The space has been beautifully and recently remodeled with upscale finishes throughout, and was absolutely spotless!The layout is incredibly well-appointed. Every household item you could possibly need is here, the closets offer generous storage, and the beds are very comfortable. But the crown jewel of this condo is undoubtedly the lanai. Spacious, beautifully furnished, with front-row ocean views. We watched the sunrise and the sunset, it was breathtaking!The amenities are unmatched. Beach gear, snorkel equipment, pool toys, it’s all here, in great shape and ready to go. We were thrilled to also find pickleball rackets and balls, and courts right behind the condo!The oceanfront pool and hot tub were a dream. We could literally feel the mist from the waves crashing on the nearby rocks while we lounged poolside!The location is ideal, close to a grocery store and shopping, but tucked away from the congestion of heavily touristed areas. Peaceful, convenient, and perfectly situated on the island. Rita is an absolute gem of a host. Responsive, warm, and genuinely helpful whenever we had questions. She made the whole experience seamless from start to finish.We cannot recommend this condo enough. It’s the kind of place that makes you start planning your return trip before you’ve even left. Mahalo for an unforgettable stay!

Book now!

Do not hesitate on this booking! I searched many different stays in Kona on both booking websites and finally landed on Rita’s place. I am so glad I decided to book here. Rita’s description of her home was on point (included everything to make packing easy). The views from the the lanai were breathtaking, the feeling of home was welcoming and the peace and tranquility my family and I felt was what we all needed. The location of the resort was just far away from the busy downtown, but close enough to walk to grocery store or to catch the free Kona Trolley into town. Kids loved the pool, tennis courts and hot tub. We stayed with 2 other families on the resort and having a place to hang out and bbq at the end of a long beach day made dinners much easier and cheaper. Don’t hesitate on the booking. Being off the main strip is a whole different feel and something to be experienced. Can’t wait to come back!

A little slice of perfection

I don't think we could have had a better stay then what we had at this property! It had everything we could have needed or wanted, including amazing sunsets, spacious living area and every beach toy! Rita was very accommodating with our scheduling, so responsive to our questions and made our experience exceptional. The view from the lanai was wonderful morning, noon and night. We wanted to spend all our time out there. The master bed is very comfortable and we appreciated the kitchen having all the things. The master bathroom is gorgeous, but so are all the bathrooms. The overall property was maintained just as well. The pool was cleaned daily, I constantly saw staff attending to everything. Location wise, being so close to the grocery store and a few restaurants was awesome. We visited the downtown area multiple times and it was such an easy drive. We can't wait to come back, this property checked all the boxes and lived up to what we dreamt it would be. Thank you so much!
