Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the home nice, but we’re sorry that parts of your stay did not meet expectations. We do provide a starter supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags, which is standard for short-term rentals, and we recommend guests bring or purchase additional items for extended stays. We appreciate your feedback on this and will review how we can better communicate it in our listing. Regarding the pool, we understand how important this amenity is and apologize again for the inconvenience you experienced. During your stay, a new filter did need to be installed, and while we worked to resolve this as quickly as possible, we’re sorry it could not be completed the same day the issue began. The pool heater is now fully functional, and everything has been addressed to ensure a smooth experience for future guests. As noted, we did provide a refund for part of the disruption, and we are continuing to address maintenance and cleaning to ensure a better experience moving forward.
