Excellent rental with lots to do!

Has everything we needed for adults ranging from 71-35 and children 9-10! Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in the fort Myers area!!!

Awesome Vacation

Great get away location! Enjoyed the property with the pool and all the amenities. MIL suite was added bonus with the large family!. Definitely would rent this again!

Great House and quiet location!

We really enjoyed this house and the guest house that is attached. This set up worked wonderful with our large family! The location is great too and we enjoyed the amenities that the house had including the kayaks!

The home was sooooo nice! It was comfortable and soooo great. The pool was a little cloudy on our first day but someone came and got it back to “spot on!” The pool was so relaxing! Everything was beautiful and was exactly as stated! Thank you for a wonderful time!!!

Great house & host

This is a great property for a guys’ weekend or a family getaway. Reggie, the host was amazing. The house has everything you would need during an extended vacation. Highly recommend this place. Reasonable drives to local attractions around the area.

winter break

Our family had a wonderful stay on our winter break vacation. Property was exactly as described and was very comfortable and relaxing with plenty of room to spread out. Host was easily reachable and communicative. I definitely recommend this property to others who want to visit the Cape Coral area.

Great Property For Families To Stay

Our family had a great time staying at Serenity. Reggie the property manager was easy to communicate with and assist in a few things that we had questions about. The bikes, kayaks, pool equipment and fishing items were some great additions as our kids used all of them. Quiet neighborhood and easy to get to stores for groceries.

Nice fit for the 10 of us!

House is set up nicely for group gatherings inside or by the pool. Nice to have enough bathrooms that getting ready for activities was easy. The pool table and Pac Man was additive to the fun too. Great location.

Well equipped

This house has everything we needed. The owner and his wife were so nice and pleasant. The house was very spacious, clean and well equipped. The group will go back. We will recommend!

Short family getaway.

The host was very helpful and completely available. The property has plenty of room for a crowd. It is well- stocked, with lots of accessories for water play in the garage. The pool was great and the view of the canal was wonderful. We saw manatees from the back yard. The mother in law suite is very helpful when you have a family with a baby!

College Friends Get Together

Excellent property and location. Pool table was a big hit with us. Rooms were very clean and everything we needed was there. We did encounter a couple of issues with the hot tub and shower handle. Our host Reggie worked with us to get them resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. We would certainly go back there again.
