Large fenced in back yard with games, chairs, fire pit, and a propane grill. Two bedrooms with TVs, full kitchen with cooking tools, utensils, and many miscellaneous seasonings. Screened in patio and a large driveway for cars. Well behaved pets are welcome and love playing in the fenced backyard but require a small cleaning fee.

The house is located safe and quiet area, close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations.

with short notice it was perfect

full disclosure we were only here for an emergency trip to care for a critically ill relative over a major holiday week. With that in mind we needed a place for us or kids and dogs on very very short notice. We were only here for sleeping arrangements. this was perfect for that, we were able to do laundry, let the dogs out, and sleep. It is on a busier road so keep that in mind for very little children. one set of neighbors are great and well kept and lit property the others are not so great, they didnt do anything but caused a major accident on the road right infron of the property that kept us from getting inside one night until very late. Also their dog wonders in the front from time to time. owners cannot control neighbors but as a parent traveling with small children and dogs these things are helpful for others to know. Owner was super kind and helpful during the whole process check in and out was super simple, home was easy to use and access.

Located on a busy road. A lot of traffic noise. Screened in porch furniture dirty. Front screens all green. Would not recommend this property.

Outstanding Accommodations

Wonderful place to stay with your family and pets. Updated, quite, and comfortable. Big fenced yard. Close to restaurants and interstate 75. Michael is a great host. Very responsive to your needs. Highly recommend

Nice place

Overall good experience. Liked the large fenced in back yard. Loved the kitchen/refrigerator/sink etc. Some things could have been better, consider these suggestions. Bathroom was nice but a couple things like the door needs to have a little material taken off the bottom. When opening, the rug on the floor does not clear the bottom and gets stuck. I just moved it further towards toilet. But then have to move back if you wish to stand on when using the sink. The Cabinet over the sink the middle mirror is missing and it was adapted to a nice shelf, but kind of awkward when shaving or anything else needed to do in front of mirror. We only used one bedroom. The floor is a vinyl tile, the type that has the glue attached to the back. it is not held down securely so when walked on it kind of clicks. Kind of annoying especially when getting out of bed in middle of night for bathroom trip. One of the doors on the screened area outside needs a new closer.The area between the side door to the car port wold be nice if it was closed off so if have pets to let out to back yard could just open door in kitchen and let out without having to worry if they could run out the front. Possibly into the road.Neighbors a little noisy but not too late at night. Noisy vehicles on road at times. Not your fault I realize.Like I said just suggestions.
