We sent the pin location, address, and digital manual a few times before your arrival; however, it’s possible these might have been overlooked or appeared to be part of a template. We’ll review our communication process to ensure information is even clearer moving forward. Regarding the entry fees, we did provide the amount guest have to pay at the Beach Club.
