Thank you for your feedback on the sofa bed. The lock has since been removed, and all guests are now allowed to use it. Our standard is to leave two extra pillows and a blanket in the closet. For future stays, please feel free to let us know if you need more. We’d be happy to provide additional items to make your stay more comfortable. If you run out of laundry pods for future stays, please let us know, and our team will be happy to drop off a fresh supply. This is part of our standard service.
