Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback, Kevin. We understand that when you choose to splurge on a stay, you expect everything to feel seamless. To clarify, the pool heater was operational; however, with overnight temperatures dipping below 50°, the system automatically enters defrost mode when it falls under 55°, which can make it difficult to maintain higher temperatures during colder weather. This home does not have a spa, so there isn’t a remote control for the heater, and we’re sorry for any confusion there. We also appreciate you mentioning the beach chairs. While they weren’t previously provided, the owner will now be adding beach chairs and a beach cart for future guests based on your feedback. The toilet concern was reported the day after check-in, and a technician was onsite within a couple of hours that same morning. The shower question was also reviewed with you by phone and resolved during that call. We truly appreciate you bringing these items to our attention.
