We’re very sorry to hear your stay at Pelican Villa by Anna Maria Vacations didn’t meet expectations, Bobby. We understand how frustrating that must have been. During your visit, the home experienced an unexpected power surge that impacted several systems, including the pool equipment and hot water. This was outside of anyone’s control, but we worked quickly to address the issues and get everything back up and running. The TV was replaced promptly, and additional measures, including installing a whole-home surge protector, are being put in place to help prevent this moving forward. We truly regret the inconvenience this caused and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

As for the WiFi, this is the first report we’ve received, but it may have been spotty during your stay either way, it’s something we’ll continue to look into. That said, I’m truly sorry to hear about the pool and the difficulty in getting it serviced during your stay. I understand how disappointing it must have been, especially since the pool was a major factor in your booking. The aftermath of the storm certainly posed challenges, but the condition you described is not acceptable, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I will be addressing this with the pool service team to ensure future guests do not encounter the same issue. Thank you as well for letting us know about the grill knobs—it's helpful feedback we’ll look into right away.
