Everything was exactly as advertised. This is a great house for a large family gathering. Well stocked kitchen, large rooms, lots of space to gather together or find a quiet space to yourself.

We had a great time relaxing upstairs and playing games and using the hot tub downstairs. We enjoyed the beautiful views from the porch. Loved the size of the bathrooms for each room and the heated floors in the bathroom! The host responded quickly to messages.

Family vacation

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Ambience Lodge. I cannot say enough about this great house. The house has amazing views, clean, well stocked kitchen, great hot tub, I could go on and on. Wonder memories made with my family.

Great Property in Eagle's Nest

Wonderful home and great location in Eagle's Nest! Easy access to the Dollar General and Great Camp. Close enough to the front gate but still high in elevation. Plenty of room for an extended family retreat with ideal outdoor living space. The large deck has mountain views looking South toward Sugar. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

Dirty sheets in master bedroom

Home was beautiful but not clean like it should have been. It was so much hair in the covers and the bathroom floor. Upon shaking my sheets off I found a dirty fitted sheet on my bed with what appeared to be a “man’s” stain. I informed the owner but nothing was done. Over 3 k to stay for two days and my towel was dirty as well. All this in the master. Around the toilet and tub was dirty and crummy. Hair still in corners of the shower and on the walls. Area was beautiful and home was too. Speed cleaning these homes as exspensive as they are to book is crazy to me.

While we appreciate this feedback, we do want to mention that our inspection team does take photos of the home after they are cleaned, and this home was professionally serviced without any issues. When the guest complained of cleaning, we also went out during their stay to address any perceived issues. The guests smoked inside this non-smoking home and left cigarette butts throughout including on the carpet as well as the ash from incense sticks in the windowsills. There where plates and bowls of old food left throughout the home, wine glasses still half filled with wine, broken beer bottles on the deck, more cigarette butts on the deck, general trash left through the home, and at least one broken lamp. - BRMR
