The 1,200sf nightclub-style game room with a full bar, billiards, LED computer-controlled lighting, state-of-the-art sound systems, and outdoor Jacuzzi is an ideal spot to unwind and have fun.

Multiple entrances, including an electronic iron-gated entry to a detached secondary garage with one of two guest units above, combining nine car spaces that offer boat and RV height options, provide ample parking and opportunities for accommodating guests.

This property was newly built in 2008 and offers modern amenities and features. The convenient location provides easy access to shopping, fine dining, casinos, and Heavenly skiing areas, and is less than 5 minutes to the lake and downtown.

Stunning Lake Tahoe Retreat

We stayed here with our family and friends for our wedding and it was honestly so perfect. There was plenty of space for everyone and the host was overly accommodating to our requests. Such a stunning house and great location!

Epic Weekend

This property lived up to the pictures and then some. Great location in a private neighborhood 10 minutes from the lake and stateline casinos. Came for a bachelor party and housed 15 people easily. I’d definitely recommend staying here for large groups in any setting.

Lots to unpack with this property. The home itself is clean and spacious. It is well equipped with cooking supplies. Here are the issues: no soap, shampoo, conditioner so check in night when we decided to go to sleep we had to run to the store at 10:30 pm and buy supplies for a large group. There was one roll of Saran Wrap, nothing else for storage. We were slotted three rolls of paper towels for 14 people and 4 days of meals etc For the price stocking was terrible. Each guest was given one single towel. For folks traveling by plane there are no beach or lake towels at all. The doors lock automatically within moments of using them and even if you are unloading a car you had to redo the lock code for each time in and out and if the door is left open the lock reset runs continuously. The top bunk beds have one side without any protective railing so the kids were super excited to sleep up there and could not. Also not enough space for adults to sleep up there as they would hit their heads when sitting up. Very disappointed with the bunk beds. The main road is the biggest problem as it is loud and noisy all the time. Sitting outside is very noisy and does not have a relaxed feel. To rent a home in Tahoe and not be able to relax outside is frustrating. We enjoyed our family time but as a short term rental host I give 100 percent more in amenities for a fourth of the price.

Dear Kari. I'm sorry to see you had an unpleasant experience with us. The soap, shampoo, and conditioner shall have been there. The cleaner may have missed placing them in a bathroom. I have instructed the cleaners to ensure the missing won't happen again. We provided 20 bath towels. We have two sets of washers and dryers for you, the guests, to wash the towels. We don't provide beach towels because the house is not a beach house or right next to the beach. The door connecting the garage to the kitchen has an automatic locking mechanism for safety. If you intended to keep it open, you should not have closed it. The bunk beds are beautiful, solid, and spacious. However, on one side of the bed, there are stairs and no rails as it's designed. Kids enjoy the beds very much. I would suggest not letting kids younger than 3 years old sleep on the upper beds. I will ensure everything is taken care of, including more supplies, towels, and convenience details. I appreciate your contributions and opinions. I appreciate your feedback.

Summer Cabin

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin with our extended family visiting from another state. We started a tradition of taking a family trip after starting the initial one when our sister became ill with cancer. It was bittersweet without having her with us but helps us come together and enjoy each other. The place is enormous and able to accommodate a large group and is nearby multiple activities, shops, and attractions. The location was convenient, and amenities provided by the home was plenty for us.

Great place for a large group

Lots of amenities, perfect for a large group, we were 14 people and it was a great layout. Close and easy to get to Heavenly for skiing. We had a few issues that the owner resolved immediately. We did run out of hot water and the ice on the deck to get to the upstairs unit was tricky. We would still go back and stay at this house. Highly recommneded

Family vacation

We loved the house and two apartments on the site. Worked so well for our families with small children. The party room was a huge success to our preteens and teenagers. Property manager, Leon, was very helpful. Not quite 5 stars as some things were not operational or hard to figure out. Overall it was great!!

Incredible Property for Large Group

Recently stayed here with a large group for a bachelor party. The host’s communication prior to the trip was excellent. Checkin process was easy. Everything throughout the house was well labeled and instructions for sound, etc were clearly defined. Excellent space for the whole group (19 people). Basement room was so fun! Would highly recommend this for anyone (family and/or friends) with a large group of people.

Amazing Home with Perfect Location

LUXUARY home with lots of lots of amenities. No need to take any spices, coffee or pots, was amazed on how stock the house was. This home has it and no need to really leave, with the club/game room to the hot tub and big back yard. Was perfect for our kids to play in the snow and not having to find a place to take them to sled. Leon was amazing and answered any questions I had through my booking/stay very helpful and friendly. Would definitely be back to o experience it in the summer time.

Wonderful Stay!

I booked this home for our family trip to Tahoe. The home was just as described! A beautiful, luxurious home with something for everyone. We had 9 adults and 7 kids and there was plenty of room. We used both garage apartments in addition to the main home. Just a note, while the apartments have kitchens, there’s a notice that you cannot use the stove. But the main kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need to cook meals. They also had the basic staples and seasonings. We rarely went out to eat. My grandkids loved the party room, and so did their parents! The location is so close to everything in South Lake Tahoe. The bike trails are a block away as are the bike rentals. Only minutes to the beaches and trails. A wonderful place to host a family vacation! Definitely recommend!

Truly Impressive!

I booked this property for an 18 person bachelor party and I could not ask for a better spot. It was convenient to downtown and the ski bases. The house itself slept our group comfortably, with additional accessible "suites" above both garages. We had a couple of questions come up along the way, for example needing to fill the hot tub, and the owner got back to us immediately. The house was incredibly clean, had all sorts of bells and whistles. The bathrooms were massive and even our large group had no issue gathering around the kitchen for meals. There were multiple dishwashers and washer/dryer units, both great for a large group. The downstairs area has all sorts of entertainment, including a pool table, foosball table, massive bar, and two TV's. It was a great place to gather and enjoy some March Madness after hitting the slopes. Overall, the property was excellent, and my group really enjoyed spending the weekend there. Highly recommend!

Excellent Tahoe home rental to accommodate a large group.

Our large family has been renting homes in Tahoe during Christmas for the past 23 years. This home was by far the best property. So many features that other homes didn’t offer. To name a few: ample parking, lots of extra storage space close to the kitchen which allowed for an uncluttered kitchen, 2 refrigerators/freezers, 2 dishwashers, plenty of dining space, and a very fun party room that was enjoyed by the youngest to oldest family members. Ample TV’s, great sound system throughout the home. Two great master bedrooms/bathrooms w/ heated floors and a fireplace in one. Only minor issues hardly worth mentioning like no baking/cookie sheets (we had to go out & buy them), volume button on main TV remote wasn’t working, iPad control in great room area wasn’t working, and 2nd shower head in master bath didn’t work. Compared to issues we’ve experienced at other homes, these were manageable, and everything else made up for these little inconveniences. This property is truly equipped for a large group; we would absolutely return for another stay!

Excellent place for all ages to come together

We rented Leon's place over the ski week break, and were able to host family ranging from smaller children up to grandparents for the beginning of the week, and a few friends toward the end. The place is very large and spacious with a great layout. The main floor consist of a big kitchen, dining room and living room, where we spent the majority of time cooking, eating and hanging out. The bottom floor housed most of the bedrooms and a huge game room with pool table, darts, bar, and TV/gaming station. The kids loved and lived in this any chance they could. There's a jacuzzi on deck as well that ran perfectly. Plenty of garage space for parking, 2 sets of washer and dryer and an extra fridge in the laundry room also were appreciated. Everyone had space to come apart and together. There are two inlaw like units , one attached and one detached. (We did not use the detached one) for even more room. Tvs and sound system are really modernized, and the cabin overall feels very updated and very clean. Leon is extremely responsive and always got back to us to answer questions, and respond to needs. Overall would highly recommend this cabin, and would rent again.

Misleading Pictures / Property Updates Needed

-Hot tub 1/3 full and can’t be used -Missing sheets and pillow cases for beds -Pool table lights don’t work so you can’t see to play -Pool table isn’t level -Room lights above pool table flicker -No darts for dartboard so can’t play -Vents all around house are extremely dirty -Chairs on patio missing legs due to rust and can’t be used -Oven is so dirty it smokes when you cook in it -No shampoo or conditioner -All gutters hanging on by a thread around house causing concern you may get hit by one if it falls -Neither steam shower works in bathrooms -Detached garage shower handle is loose -Comforter in detached unit has disgusting huge yellow stain on it -Lamp in detached garage bedroom is broken and can’t be used -Poker table with no poker chips so can’t be used -Can’t use stove in detached garage unit per rules of house for some reason -Little master bath shower drain is clogged Overall an over promised and way underdelivered stay. Would not stay here again unless drastic changes happen.

Dear Michael, thank you so much for your reviews. I genuinely view your comments as a positive help to us. I met our management team and walked through the house with the manager. I asked them to correct the hot tube, change the new sheets and pillows carefully, inspect the lighting around the house, and replace all burnt bulks, bathroom faucets, and shower heads every time before the new guests check-in. Our standard house rule doesn't allow guests to use the stoves in the detached and attached units. They can use refrigerators and microwaves but not cooking stoves. We only provide one large central kitchen for bookings. We don't have permits for multiple kitchens in the houses because the stove is considered a kitchen. If you decide to return to our house, I'd like to offer you a $1000 credit for your future vacation in South Lake Tahoe. Again, I'm sorry for any inconvenience. Thank you again for your stay and feedback.

Do not spend your money on this house

Host violates Vrbo Security Camera policy. There are several security cameras on the exterior of the property, which I understand. VRBO allows cameras for security purposes. However, when our group moved furniture from one building to another, we received a text from Leon saying that he saw us moving the furniture and that it was not allowed (rules posted on the refrigerator state that moving furniture IS allowed as long as it is moved back before checkout which we did). The entire group felt as if we were being watched and were very uncomfortable from that point on. In addition to the surveillance issue, the house in general is not in good condition. Items our group noted were: -The hot tub was inoperable. We contacted Leon but it was not resolved. -4/5 of the activities in the game room did not work. The arcade did not power on. Darts were missing or damaged. The Dance pole is barely attached to the ceiling. The foosball table was missing a handle. -Shower drains were very slow and water would back up. -Faucet handles in two different bathrooms were missing. The house is large and provides plenty of room for everyone to stay. The two separate apartments (one above the detached garage and one above the attached garage accessible from stairs on the deck) were great. If the house were properly maintained, it would be a great place to stay. Between the surveillance of the host and the condition of the house, I would not recommend staying here.

I want to preface and say Leon is a great individual however this listing needs serious adjustments before someone books it again. I dont normally leave reviews but this needs to be mentioned as our NYE and my bday was ruined because of it. Multiple bedrooms could not be used due to water damage and the house was very dirty when checked in. There was food stains on the floor, markings in the bathtub, other host clothing found in between the couches, etc. There was significant garbage in the garage from previous hosts (at least 15 garabge bags) which should have been removed before our stay or dumped in a bear box. A pipe burst in the garage and made the guest house totally unusable. The guest house was also inaccessible due to 4 feet of snow and was not cleared by the host. Instead, the owner asked us to clear a 25 ft path that had 4 feet of snow which we were not able to physically do nor would anyone other than a professional. This meant 2 of the bedrooms advertised in the guest house could not be used and my guests had to sleep on the couch. There were many gadgets in the home such as heated tiles in the bathroom, fireplaces, steamer, etc all of which did not work at any point in our stay to the point we just didnt care to use. In one of the rooms the cieling was also leaking anytime a guest took a shower which the host knew about ahead of time because there was a bucket filled with water underneath the leak. There were many issues with this home and I can continue to write about however if anyone were to book this listing I strongly advise to reach out to the host and confirm everything mentioned above has been corrected or else you will be in for a surprise.

Farbod is a great person personally. However, his review was not honest and not trustworthy. Farbod and his group seem to have different expectations and were the first-time rent a vacation home. The guests didn't know how to operate the steamers, fireplaces. Last December, or two weeks ago, Lake Tahoe suffered record snow and severe temperature. As a result, the whole Tahoe town was shut down on and off. The water damage is in the detached garage due to the sprinkler pipe burst caused by the low temperature that froze the water. It was an accident and didn't affect the guests' living in the main house. We were sorry for it. We fixed the sprinkler pipes. There were no garbage bags left in the garage from previous hosts. Our cleaners confirmed that they removed all bags and deep cleaned the whole house, stair, corner, floor, bathrooms, windows, and hard surfaces. All the other guests were and are very happy with the house. We will have our manager review the comment and manage the house better, correct and repair any issue immediately to avoid any guests' unsatisfied experiences in the future.

Amazing cabin - spacious, convenient, & lots to do

Everything went very smoothly for our stay with Leon. He is great at communicating and easy to work with. Our group of 16 were amazed at the amount of things to do and great for just hanging out. Beds were comfy and we had plenty of room for everyone. There are private quarters in the additional unit and unit upstairs of the main house if people wanted a bit more privacy. Highly recommend this amazing cabin for large groups.
