Such a beautiful little place with amazing beach access and view. Perfect for a get away equipped with everything you need for cooking. Going reserve it again for same time next year. 10 out 10!!

This home was absolutely immaculate and stocked with everything you could possibly need. The views are stunning, and being just steps away from the sand made it the perfect beachfront escape. We had a truly relaxing vacation, and the fact that it’s pet-friendly is a huge plus. 5 out of 5 stars—we would definitely recommend it to anyone!

We loved Lt Dan's! Great view and really close to the water. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We will be back!

Lt. Dan was absolutely amazing! The open concept living area and kitchen were great. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the things you’ll need including coffee and some spices. Washer and dryer came in handy for us to keep up with laundry. They beds were so comfortable that I didn’t wake up with a backache like I normally do. The best part of the house is outside. There are surround sound speakers up and down stairs. The hot tub was great after a day on the beach. The constant gulf breeze was so relaxing. The foot washing station and outdoor shower were so nice. We didn’t have to worry about tracking sand in the house. There is ample seating up and downstairs with a wonderful view of the beach and water. There are plenty of chairs, canopies, beach wagon, boogie boards, outdoor games, and sand toys. The swing is great. We had visits from the birds which was fun. Close proximity to the restaurants and groceries. The beach was really nice with lots of soft sand and no trash. We spent our whole trip either on the beach or hanging out at the house. Literally steps to the beaches. The only downfall was having to leave!

Close to grocery stores and right on the beach. It was fun to sit and drink coffee in the mornings and on Friday night we enjoyed watching people ride up and down the beach on their golf carts. If there was one thing we would add it would be a golf cart. It would have been fun to ride down the beach and look at stuff.

Beautiful place with amazing views of the ocean!

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful cabin. The hot tub was amazing!!! The sunrises and sunsets from the deck were breathtaking, and we even watched a porpoise swimming. The host was so friendly and responded within minutes. I would definitely recommend this beautiful cabin to anyone. We hope to come back again this summer!

Wonderful Beach View!

Our family loved Lt Dan’s beach house. The view of the ocean was amazing and the location enabled a 30 second walk to the beach. We enjoyed the hot tub as well and the property was well maintained. There was a decent amount of cars and trucks driving on the beach. You will just want to keep your little ones near you. We had no problem with it. Overall, it was great house and property.

Family week at the beach

Wonderful property, well equipped. Everything was as advertised. It’s a close walk to the beach, an unobstructed view. We had everything we needed for our 15 month old granddaughter! Would have liked the fenced in area for the dogs to be a little larger, but that’s the only thing that I could ask to be improved. We will return!

Lt. Dan did not disappoint!

We have never stayed on a beach in the Galveston area where people drove on the beach. This was a little bit of an adjustment for us. The house, the beach itself, and the weather could not have been better. The house was very clean, the outside areas were made to be used! They were comfortable, accommodating and well cared for. We had a great trip.

Family vacation for my husband's 60th birthday.

Location was perfect. Property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Beds were comfortable. Covered outdoor deck was great for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Lower level with bar, picnic table, and shower nice additional features. Storage area contained beach buckets, chairs, tents, and even a wagon. There was only one flight of stairs which was nice on my relatively recent hip replacement. I noticed there was a lift that was locked up so I imagine on request this could be used for a disabled person. Beautiful property overall! We would definitely return for future vacations.
