Peaceful Vacation with a Beautiful View

Quiet, peaceful, relaxing, comfortable, & a beautiful view. We enjoyed a fantastic 11 nights and wanted to extend our stay. Spent lots of time outside and appreciated the comfortable outdoor furniture, pool and hot tub! We would stay there again. Thanks Janet for everything!

Beautiful house in La Quinta

Lovely house in a very quiet neighborhood. The views from the backyard are beautiful, the pool, spa and all the outdoor amenities were fantastic! We were 4 women and enjoyed having each our own rooms with our own bathrooms. L

Magnificient!

We had an amazing stay and can't wait to make it an annual trip. The house has a beautiful pool/jacuzzi and stunning views of the golf course and mountains. We rented this house so we would have room for our family to join us and it worked out just perfect. The front casita was perfect for my daughter and her husband, and the separate TV room was idea for watching sporting events and movies without being right in the middle of the rest of the house. It also has a great location!

Perfect Vacation Home

Our family of nine stayed here for a week and had a fabulous time. The house has everything you need and more. Great location for golfers! The courses are top notch. Lots of things near by but far enough from theme parks to make sure you have a relaxing vacation. Our kids and grandkids loved the pool, spa and fire pit. We had lots of together time. The tram in Palm Springs was spectacular and the restaurant at the top was excellent. Downtown La Quinta is beautiful and the restaurants are great and Mimi's had a wonderful breakfast with fresh baked muffins. The shopping area has everything you could want and more. I suggest flying into Palm Springs as the drive from LAX was a nightmare. Janet was great and helped us quickly with questions and the issues that we had. I would certainly return to this property and have recommended it to others already.

Summer of Fun

The property is great. The house is very generous in size. The furnishings are very nice. The home backs up to the golf course however the setting is very private. The pool is great and the house is well equipped. We would come back again without hesitation.

This house is why you have vacation days

We loved it here. One whole week! We did virtual school and work from every room (pro tip: bring personal hot spots). We used the pool morning, noon and night. We watched golfers on the 1st tee and played the front nine during twilight hours. The house is well appointed and we cooked marvelous meals! We can’t wait to return.

Amazing weekend getaway

This was honestly the best golf and pool getaway weekend for my wife, myself, and our family friends. Janet was a pleasure as a host and always provided timely and accurate info. AMAZING VACATION

First off, Janet was an amazing host. The house was perfect. The house was clean, had a great layout, the TV den area was awesome, the casita was a great bonus, the kitchen was fully stocked and the pool was amazing! The pool temperature was great, the views were spectacular and there were pool toys, too. There was something for everyone and everyone in our group LOVED the home. I’ve rented many homes in the desert before and this was my favorite! If you’re golfing in La Quinta and/or PGA West courses, this is your place. If you’re golfing anywhere else, this is still your place. We played 4 rounds of golf (3 PGA west courses and Indian Wells) and the drives were less than 5 minutes! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and relaxing getaway

The property is absolutely lovely. Definitely a 5 star resort desert paradise. The pool was so much fun and the lights allow for night swimming which was awesome! The inside of the house was beautiful and the beds slept well. Everything was up to par and just like the pictures. Janet was polite, responsive, and helpful whenever I reached out to inquire about something. We will definitely be staying here in the future!

Wonderful Family Retreat House!

Communication with the owner was great, the house was clean and as advertised. Really awesome. We had a great time with the family and spent a lot of time in the amazing pool with great views of the golf course and mountains. Quiet and secure neighborhood and we will be back!

Best vacation ever!

This home far exceeded all expectations! The pictures do NOT do it justice! Every single thing about the home was perfect for our eight day stay in July. We feel so blessed to have stayed in this beautiful home. Janet is great to work with and we will most definitely be back! Absolutely PERFECT!

The Best of La Quinta

This was our 4th time back. Our favorite place to stay in the desert. Location, privacy, accommodations are the best. Very highly recommend.

A little slice of Paradise

This beautiful and relaxing property holds about 3600 sq feet of comfortable furnishings in an ideal layout. The pool, patio, firepit, hottub, outdoor grill area possesses unobstructed views of a pond, part of a golf fairway and the Santa Rosa mountains. There is a similar view feon the gargantuan sized master bedroom; I never tired of this view in over 10 days spent here. You can take long walks around the property that for the ambitious could easily cover 3-4 miles at a time. The overall vibe at the Greg Norman course was friendly and warm, just like the outside air. Gated for security and well maintained by property management. In short, my family and I had such a chill time that we didnt want to leave and head back to work and reality. We even added a night om the back of the trip. In fact we rarely left due to the shelter in place but ut didnt matter, this home had it all. Including a ping pong and a pool table in the garage. Disclaimer: this review didnt cover everything like the quaint home theater room or the sitting area with gas fireplace or the stereo system with ceiling speakers throughout or the bar area that is adjacent to the formal dining area. 11 out of 10 !!

Great location, great property. Janet was great and quick to respond. Just wish we didn’t have to go home early due to Coronavirus. View of golf course and mountains was wonderful.

Nice house but difficult owner.

The house and location were good. Great views and lots of room. It’s a bit tired inside and the tv room is a bit odd but all doable. The owner stated sending me messages that I was using too much gas to heat the spa and pool and she was watching me use it through a ring system. So I was being spied on at the pool spa area. I told her I would pay for the gas and she still very weird about it. So I would say yes to the house but beware of being spied on and don’t use the pool or spa much.

I see you have given me a revenge review! As all renters can read I have 23- 5 star reviews and all state they love the updated upscale decor and home in general! Its newly furnished so lie number one about it being "Tired". We are generous and offer FREE utilities and only ONCE before in my 20 years of doing this were renters so rude as they racked up almost a thousand dollars of utility bills. So if you are an owner DO Not rent to this liar it will cost you dearly! Lie number two, there is no spying! we have two security cameras one on the front door and one on the back door, this is for our guests safety,, it does not view the pool/spa! Lie number three I warned Steve twice of the sky rocketing utility charges and both correspondence he ignored, but he did say "he loved the place and wanted to rent it next year" which I denied his request. I turned him down stating in my review of him he was untrustworthy and racked up almost a thousand in utility bills, so now his revenge review. Please look at my history in reviews to see what our place is really like.
