You have exclusive use during your stay of the entire apartment. the backyard is shared. Free Parking provided on a first come basis but it is not guaranteed.

We are here for you during your stay, but the level of interaction is up to you. The best way to communicate with us is through the Airbnb app, however, we only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.

These apartments are located in a part of town known as little Haiti where there is a multicultural mix of people. You will really love being so close to the touristic spots like Wynwood, Downtown, Brickell and South Beach. The neighborhood is going through a gentrification process and many cool establishments are being open within walking distance. There is also a daycare a block away and a school half a mile away.

Remember that you’re staying in an apartment, not a hotel. we ask that you be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Please treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. Thank you
Observe Checkin 4pm and checkout 10am times and instructions. We may be unable to accommodate early checkin or late checkout, however if it is available we charge $15 per hour. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur up to a $75 fee per hour or portion thereof.

•We strongly suggest you consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment from any unexpected covered cancellations. We cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy.

•NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS In case of a party or gathering to avoid cancellation with NO REFUND of unused nights. No Illegal activities allowed.

•EXTRA GUESTS not allowed without prior authorization.

•Outdoor Surveillance cameras on site. There are 3 security cameras on the property.
1 Located facing the front of the building.
1 Located in the back of the building
1 Located in the side facing the AC units.
They are recording 24/7 for security purposes only.
-No indoor cameras.

•Be mindful of the noise to respect the neighbors. Keep noise down after 9pm and please keep noise to a minimum in the front of the house.

•Please be gentle to our plumbing and ONLY flush small amounts of toilet paper in toilets.

•We do inventory after each stay and any missing items, heavily soiled or damaged linen/towels, clogged toilets, excessive dirtiness or indoor smoking will be charged accordingly.
