We do want to clarify the concerns regarding the location and check-in instructions. Detailed arrival instructions are provided well in advance of each guest’s arrival, including specific information regarding the property address, unit number, access, and navigation. The county address is used because it is the only official address available for this property. While we understand that this can be confusing, the address is accompanied by the specific unit number and detailed arrival information. Unfortunately, despite having both the address and unit number, and a map, you entered the wrong property and disturbed another guest’s vacation. This was not the result of an incorrect unit assignment or a lack of advance information from our team. We certainly understand that navigating a townhouse community can require some additional attention, particularly when GPS is not completely reliable, and we encourage guests to carefully review the arrival instructions provided before heading to the property. We’re glad you ultimately found the home, which was a few doors away, and enjoyed its cleanliness, supplies, peaceful setting, and lake view. We will continue looking for ways to make our arrival instructions even clearer for future guests.

Thank you for the follow up. We tested the refrigerator and found no issues with the temperature in either compartment. At this time there is no explanation other than perhaps the door was left ajar.
