This was a wonderful neighborhood and property to stay in while exploring San Diego. The home offered enough space for myself, my husband, and two teenagers. The home was clean and offered a nice outdoor space in the backyard to eat and hang out. A great coffee shop and bodega were also conveniently in walking distance. We will definitely consider staying here again if we find ourselves back in the area.

Great place to stay

The property was clean and well organized. They had everything we needed and it was comfortable for 6 adults. The owner was awesome and very helpful with things to see and places to visit on our stay.

Great location, even better property

My family had such a great experience staying here. The host was great, the house had everything we wanted, and we were so close to everything in San Diego. We will definitely look at staying here again next time we’re in San Diego.

San Diego Get Away

Really enjoyed our stay at Casa Urbana. The home was so clean and conveniently located to everything San Diego has to offer. We would definitely stay again. It was the perfect getaway for visiting our son who's stationed in the Navy. Thank You!

This property was good and not so good. Communication with the host was very good. Location was pretty good and for the most part it was clean. The bed in the master bedroom is so close to the ground that I would not suggest renting this property if you are elderly or have knee problems. I don’t know why anyone would have a “bed frame” that close to the ground. None of the bathrooms have any hooks to hang towels which just seems odd to me so you have to use a hanger in the closet. There are only 4. So after hanging up our shower towels we had 2 left in the master. Finally, the air conditioning in the house worked really well EXCEPT in the master bedroom. It felt like the room was 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. It was uncomfortably warm every night we were there.

Beautiful Home Close to Everything

This is the perfect Vrbo. It has plenty of room, 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (water pressure is amazing), a beautiful kitchen with everything you need to make a delicious meal, a cozy living room with fireplace, and a giant TV. Tested the WiFi and it was always over 200mps. There is one space for parking and that was more than I could ask for. San Diego parking is a pain but knowing there was a space available made all the difference. The location is amazing. No more than 10 mins or less from Gaslamp, Convention Center, Balboa Park, Downtown, couldn't be any more convenient. The host is amazing and always there to help make the stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Had a great time!

Clean and comfortable house!

We stayed 2 nights and the place was great. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so nobody felt like they were cramped or on top of each other. The living room was comfy and open floor plan of the kitchen-dining-living room was nice. Beds were super comfortable! Nice linens and towels througout. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Fully furnished and with everything you'd need for a relaxing stay. Property manager was very responsive to messages. The only thing is the parking: there is one very short driveway spot so you pretty much have to park on the street if you have anything larger than a compact car. We always found parking around the front of the house or around the corner, easy walking distance. Overall, loved the place and would stay again. Super close to downtown too.

The house felt very clean and private. The backyard was a lovely oasis from the city. The rooms were well equipped with extra bedding and towels, and the kitchen was well stocked and practical.
