The two living rooms each have cozy fireplaces and can be sealed off in the middle hallways, allowing for privacy and separate living quarters. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable queen beds and there are two additional rooms with full-over-full bunkbeds, sleeping 4 in each.

The fully equipped kitchens are perfect for preparing meals and there is a dining area for family dinners. Great location; everything else basic

The property is your typical barebones bachelor party spot: paper-thin walls, only half the TVs work, landscaping is just astroturf and rocks (even the sand volleyball court is filled with rocks). The only thing "nice" about the property is its proximity to Old Town and Camelback Mountain. The rest just checks the box of bare minimum for a party weekend. The host was very communicative up until check-in, then became unresponsive. Questions like "where is the BBQ you said was recently installed" and "why is there dog poop covering half the backyard" went unanswered the entire weekend of my stay. Just know what you're getting into and you'll have a fine time; hopefully they knock the price down because my stay was more expensive than what it delivered.
