Notes: Children over 10 welcome. *For 1-2 guests, you will have access to the upper level suite and all outdoor areas. The lower bedrooms will be locked off with no other renters on property. For 3-6 guests you will have access to all rooms. Rates are based on number of guests staying. 7 night minimum stay. 10 night minimum stay over the holidays. Dates are subject to approval depending on how they fit into the calendar.

Welcome to Villa Ventosa, nestled in the Coral Bay hillside 450 feet above shoreline, with epic Caribbean and down island views. This beloved villa features 3 king en-suites -- perfect for couples getaway or family vacation. The expansive great room accommodates ample comfortable seating for the whole family complete with entertainment system, dining area, and a well appointed kitchen to meet all your chef’s needs. The high ceilings and multiple sliding glass doors welcome the island’s trade winds for a relaxing atmosphere.

The villa has two levels, connected by an exterior covered stairway. At the upper parking level, you will find easy access to the great room, laundry, office desk, powder room and outdoor covered veranda. The primary en-suite is also on this level, complete with outdoor shower and private balcony. On the lower level, you will find two additional king en-suites available to accommodate larger groups. All bedrooms feature A/C and direct veranda access.

Villa Ventosa is the perfect mix of indoor and outdoor living surrounded by lush mature landscaping. On the southeast facing pool deck enjoy a dip into the 9x15 pool, relax in the large spa overlooking the vast blue horizon, or enjoy cooking and dining alfresco under the stars. There’s plenty of seating for everyone! An outdoor shower borders the pool for a refreshing rinse after the beach before taking that plunge.

For that occasional remote work need, the great room includes a convenient open desk space. Need not worry about those pesky island power interruptions, as the property is equipped with Tesla solar battery backup. Villa Ventosa is all about maximum comfort and accommodation -- you will find it hard to leave!

Villa Ventosa is off the beaten path, making this a magnificent getaway. The road up is partly paved. A vehicle with 4-wheel drive is required. Driveway and parking area are fully paved.

Coral Bay getaway

Excellent property with amazing views from entire house. Well equipped kitchen and everything that you need for a totally relaxing stay. One of the best rentals that we have experienced anywhere we have traveled.

Girls Trip Coral Bay

Love the layout of this Villa and that each of the three bedrooms had their own bathroom (basically had your own suite)! Views are spectacular and so is the steady constant breeze! Would certainly come back!

Amazing week at Villa Ventosa! The house was great, pool was amazing. They mean it when they say 4x4 - driveway was no joke. We hiked a ton, snorkeled, and ate delicious food. The house was so nice and out of the way.

Couples Getaway

The view of this property is unmatched. The pictures do not do the view justice. The master bedroom, kitchen, and outdoor living areas are great. Our only issue this week was the hot tub. While it worked the first two days it was quite dirty even after pool maintenance showed up to clean it. It really needs a good scrubbing and cleaning. On day three the hot tub stopped working and we were not able to enjoy it our remaining five days which was a big disappointment as this was one of the main reasons we chose this property was to enjoy the view from this area as you cannot see the view from the pool. Overall, we would stay here again, but be aware when they say 4-wheel drive, they mean it!

The View.....

We just returned from 10 SPECTACULAR days at Villa Ventosa. It was perfect! Everything was exactly as described in the listing and the pictures do not do it justice. The views were amazing!!! We have done at least 15 sailing charters "across the street" in the BVI but never have stayed on St John. We decided this year to go land based and get to know this beautiful island away from the beautiful anchorages we have stayed in during past sailing trips. Antares properties took GREAT care of us along the way from the escort to the villa and tour at the start, to arranging a birthday surprise for my wife on arrival, to quickly taking care of a couple minor inconveniences along the way and allowing a later check out at the end...PERFECT! The villa had everything we could have asked for from beach chairs and coolers, to pop up tent and snorkel equipment and pool and ocean floats. Inside the kitchen was well equipped, beds comfy, and the outdoor shower a real treat. The lizard, frog, donkey and rooster noises made it that much more entertaining while showering. We spent 90% of our "Villa" time outside, watching the sunrise EVERY day at 6:15 am, in the pool after a long days at the beaches or hiking,(or both) and watching the stars at night all while Alexa blasted our favorite tunes. Did I mention the views???!!! Although Coral Bay is on the "other" side of the island it was still very convenient to EVERYTHING. Again, EVERYTHIG was perfect!!1 And did I mention the VIEWS???

Cannot say enough about the views, they are awesome. House is very well stocked and if u stock up on groceries you’d be perfectly fine to never leave as the pool and hot tub with deck is amazing as well. The only one little, very little thing I would say is not having air conditioning in the den kitchen area was a bit of a surprise. The breezes are great and it’s likely I overlooked that in the description but if there was any little problem I would have to say that was it and the always on breezes and open concept almost made it a moot point.
