This beautiful 5 bedroom 4 bath cabin sleeps 14. Paradise Springss prime location is just 7 miles from Dollywood and 16 miles from Gatlinburg. Away from the hustle and bustle. Theres plenty of room for the kids to run and play outside when theyre not taking a dip in the private outdoor pool all while the adults enjoy the covered pavilions picnic area grilling burgers on the gas grill. The kids (and big kids at heart) will love roasting hot dogs and marshmallows over the fire pit. When its time to kick off your shoes and unwind from the day theres a hot tub and fireplace to relax all! Theres even wifi for streaming movies. This is the perfect cabin for your family and friends reset!

Really Perfect Spot!

This was a really fun relaxing spot! Lots of room and space the pool and hot tub were spot on! The power went off for like 45 minutes and the manager was awesome with texting back! A+! We will definitely be staying here again!

House is great. Checkin Needs Improvement

This house looks like it has recently been added. The amenities and layout of the house are pristine and excellent. Kitchen is great. Game-room is an ideal break-away. The upstairs is connected, with no isolating door. This is not shown in the pictures. When we arrived, there was a spoiled-trash smell on the property/inside. This cleared up as the wind changed. There is a natural gas smell from the pool/jaq heater. The grounds are not great for outside play, and the fire-benches are aging (may bring own camping chairs) Checkin is mainly by phone. This is a problem if you don't get good cell connection at the property (like us). The office is in pigeon forge (about 30+ min away). Delays getting in the house for setup. Because of the house, gaming, and bedrooms, we would stay here again.

Thanksgiving Family Get Together !

The property was the perfect fit for my family stay, it was very spacious, comfortable, cozy and very accommodating.We had a great time celebrating Thanksgiving and plenty of sight seeing. This property is located near every place we wanted to visit. Will definitely be using this property again!

Excellent Location, terrible service

Our stay at Paradise Springs had highs and lows. The location in Pigeon Forge was undeniably beautiful. But the positives largely ended there. The pool was filled with debris, making it nearly unswimmable. The wifi was non-functional during our stay. Basic amenities like coffee filters, salt and pepper, and a dishwashing scrub were absent. Many lights didn't work, leaving parts of the house dim. We were surprised to find dirty utensils and missing pillowcases. Attempts to address these issues with the property management were frustrating. Their responses were slow, and staff seemed dismissive. While the property's location was a delight, the overall experience was marred by these oversights. Future guests should double-check amenities. We hope for improved guest experiences ahead.
