My family had a nice time on our trip, there was enough room for 9 of us and the view from the balcony was great. The pool and splash pad were great, and it was a very easy and short walk right down to the ocean water. The hosts were extremely communicative, and came by quickly when we experienced an issue with the breaker in one of the bedrooms. Check-in and check out were a breeze. Some things that could use improvement, like amount of and quality of kitchen items, amount of blankets/towels, and it could use better maintenance on some things around the house. Overall though, we had a good stay.

We had a wonderful visit. The unit is so big we had room for our entire crew plus more. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Unit was clean. Plenty of towels, internet was fast.Pool, cabana were great.View of the ocean was great!

Great Vacation!

This location was perfect for our family. Our toddler had a blast playing in the splash pad area, and the pool was perfect for a toddler, too!

Our stay was comfortable and relaxing.

This property was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had the most room of any condo we have stayed at and we have been coming to PCB for over 15 years now. I highly recommend the property.

Great Condo

We had a great stay with 3 families. We loved everything about the Condo except for the mattress in the Master Suit (it definitely needs to be replaced) also it had a mattress pad instead of a fitted sheet on it.

Great stay for Ironman Florida

Perfect spot for our group of 6 to stay during Ironman week. Close enough to all of the race activity, but not right in the middle of it. Kids loved the pool and the easy access to the beach. Communication from host was great. Would certainly book again.

Clean and quiet!

Wonderful experience dealing with Warren Beach Rentals. They responded almost immediately to any concerns/requests we had. The unit was very clean and quiet. The pool was heated. Walking in the area was great. Already have booked for next year. Checking in and out was simple.

Huge unit

Great place but lots of rules. Kids can’t jump into pool and have to get out of pool last 10 minutes of each hour. Sad that splash pad was under maintenance and unusable. Unit was awesome and lots of room for all of us.

Amazing, clean unit with plenty of space.

We stayed in this unit for a week and had a great experience. There was plenty of space for our family of four and our friends family of four. The two masters were huge and each had their own bathrooms. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms had plenty of room to accommodate the kids and had a full bathroom for them to share as well. The unit was extremely clean and was exactly as pictured. The grounds were very well kept along with the pool and hot tubs being cleaned regularly. The beach area was wonderful as it wasn’t overly crowded and had tons of beach area and space. We have stayed at a LOT of resorts and units in PCB and this one definitely makes the top of the list. We will definitely rent this unit again!

Boardwalk 501

We have stayed at Boardwalk for 20 years. This room was by far the least attractive out of all of the 4 bedrooms we have stayed in. Very dated, the kitchen was poorly stocked. We ended up having to go buy baking sheets, utensils and pans to be able to cook. The beds were VERY VERY dated and uncomfortable. The master mattress was so old. It felt like we were rolling out of bed. Top end the trip, housekeeping was banging on our door @ 7:20 am asking to clean. Our checkout time was 10:00. I will definitely pick a different 4 bedroom in the future.

Communication with host : Copious communication via text throughout the visitCleanliness of the condo: Okay. The floor was sandy when we arrived, there was a fake nail and large hairball on the kitchen floor, stuck on food on several plates and cups The beds were clean and bathrooms as wellCondo: Surprisingly not great. The appearance of the condo on the surface looks great, furninghings are far more updated and nicer than other condos, FOR SURE. The 2nd Masters sliding door was off the track, and the handle was literally removable from the inside and non existent on the outside. No bulb for kitchen stove light, standing water on the ground in the dark hallway leading into the condo. For a Condo that sleeps 10, there were 3 Spoons, 6 forks, but 15 knives. Odd assortment of dishes and drinkware. Never really enough of anything for a group of 8, except butter knives. Not a can opener or oven mitt in sight. Cookware/Bakeware was a random assortment of things.Only cutting board was the size of my hand.Everything else was in good shape!Resort : Ugh. 22 floors but only 3 working elevators out of 5. During normal awake hours it takes a long time to get an elevator. AC works in the lobby but no AC on any other floor in areas you are waiting for an elevator...hot!Construction everywhere. Good luck using the boardwalks to get to the beach when the pool is closed as they are only accessible from the pool area I would not choose resort again but condo was okay...
