Porch - as you walk around to the front door, you`ll realize you have a very private space equipped with small front porch.

👨🍳 🍳 Kitchen - fully stocked with glass 4 burner cooktop, microwave, bartop with seating for 2 and a large refrigerator w ice maker for this cute little space
🛁 Bathroom - Enjoy an oversized rain shower with combo handheld, vanity and privacy barn door🚪
Parking 🅿️ - Designated Parking for 1 vehicle.
Common space - Parking rear building Parking is a shared area with 1 other parking spot belonging to the Duplex nextdoor
You`ll have full access to the tiny home, private porch and a soon to be built common patio area. You`ll have a dedicated parking spot for 1 vehicle.
Interaction is limited so please message us on the airbnb app so one of us or the co host may assist you!

🅿️ Free Parking is 1 designated parking space in the rear of the property next to the tiny home. This parking area is shared by 1 spot for the neigh ors in the Duplex.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional for things like early check in (when available).

❌- No smoking - if you need to do so, please do it OFF PROPERTY. Do not smoke, vape or use any other `smoking` substance or product on property. If you violate this rule you WILL BE FINED HEAVILY for cost of remediation. Really simple here, if you can`t help yourself and have to smoke, do it somewhere else or book a property that allows smoking inside 😉. Our guest do not want to smell vape or cigarettes.
🚭- No Pets - $250 non refundable fee and cancellation of your reservation.
❌- No events or parties
⛔️- As a courtesy to our neighbors, Please do not loiter on front porch after 10pm. Its a quiet neighborhood and we want to keep our neighbors happy.
⚠️ - If you utilize any BIKE SHARE/SCOOTERS like Byrd or Limebike, please ensure the bikes are NOT parked in front of the property. Failure to do so may result in fine
📨 - Mail & PACKAGES - Unfortunately we do not accept packages. Please do not send mail or packages to the property. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items due to weather or any other reason.
🅿️ Parking for 1 vehicle. Designated spots are in back of the building. Please DO NOT BLOCK DRIVEWAY. it must remain clear for all guest access. ***Please no loitering in the parking area as there is a private unit in the detached garage with GUESTS***
