This Newly constructed family beach house In Neskowin has plenty of parking and is a short walk to the beach. Pets are allowed with a deposit. This beautiful 4 bed room 4 bath house over looks one of the best beaches in Oregon! You might say Neskowin South Beach is the crown jewel of the Oregon coast.
There are two fire places to spend a lovely evening in an elegant living room or studio bedroom. We also have a fire pit, basketball court and plenty of parking! The gated community is both safe and peaceful and sometimes you can be visited by the deer in the area. The house also has 5 covered decks that allow protection from the elements in any season!

What a lovely home that we so enjoyed for our family reunion! It is tastefully decorated and the many little spaces for reading were very much appreciated. Having all the outdoor decks was fabulous! Everyone commented on the comfortable beds. The large kit hen with 2 sinks made meal prep easy.We would love to return!

This Neskowin property worked beautifully for our group of 10. The 3 large bedrooms provided privacy for the adults and the children's bedroom was a great place for the kids to hang out. The open kitchen, dining room, and living room allowed us to all gather comfortably. It was an easy 5 minute walk to South beach. The owner was very accommodating, allowing us to check in a little early and check out 3 hours late, giving us a chance to play a last round of golf.This was a perfect spot to make lasting family memories.

This home was wonderful for our family group. Truly a “luxury house” as advertised. Very clean with lots of room to spread out. Fabulous “great room” LR/DR/Kitchen with high end furnishings and appliances. The bedrooms are large and nicely separated from the main living area and from each other for lots of privacy. It’s a quiet, gated neighborhood with very little road traffic. The short walk to the beach was perfect for adults and kids. A real gem.

The host was accommodating and very kind. We were looking for a quiet family getaway near the beach and this was the perfect fit for us!! The kitchen is well equipped and the house is beautiful with lots of natural light!! We will be back again for sure!!!

We had a really good vacation here. Very spacious and we loved the kitchen, having two sinks was really helpful making a Thanksgiving meal. It’s a really short walk to the beach.

The house was wonderful! Well equiped in the kitchen and plenty of towels in the bathrooms. We rented the house for my husbands 80th birthday, and there was a Happy Birthday sign on the counter when we walked in as well as a bowl of muffins. Such a nice touch.There were 6 of us that stayed for the weekend and 26 that came for the party on Saturday. Plenty of room for everyone. An easy walk to the beach. Couldn't have been better.

The home is beautiful and was perfect for our sibling reunion - 8 people and a dog, with two others who joined us for a few meals. The kitchen is spacious; well stocked with utensils, dishware, pots and pans...., and there are two sinks, a real plus. The beds were quite comfortable. The house is located in a quiet, peaceful area. It was so nice getting away from the crowds. There are several decks that you can relax on and listen to the sound of the ocean while enjoying a cup of coffee. It's an easy walk to the pristine Neskowin Beach. Norm (the owner) was exceptional with his communication from the time I made the reservation and throughout our stay, and after. My sister accidentally left her cellphone behind and Norm (along with his house cleaner) has been incredibly helpful in locating the phone and is now in the process of mailing it to her. We truly appreciate their efforts!

Most welcoming host; wonderful, private accommodations for a group of 3 couples. Main floor has perfect arrangements for anyone with ambulatory challenges. Beautiful house, with all the important conveniences, great kitchen and living room area, large kitchen table for meals, table games, and puzzling. House is just a few minutes' walk to one of the most beautiful Oregon beaches.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Scott beach house in Neskowin, Oregon! The house was immaculate, the beds so comfortable, and the time with our family was simply a wonderful! We took an invigorating walk on the beach and enjoyed a couple of meals out in Lincoln City. We would highly recommend this home to anyone who needs a place of rest and refreshment. Stay was perfect end of summer weekend. High lites for us were large kitchen with two sinks and top rated appliances that my daughters, sister and I could all work in comfortably at the same time. Large dining table and living area where it was possible for us all to gather. Short walk to beautiful expansive beach. Would love to stay again.

Our family got together here and enjoyed staying together here for spring break. This is a beautiful home with comfort and light. We enjoyed exploring the beach and nearby ancient forests and trails. The owner is very accommodating and helpful.

This house was perfect for our family gathering celebrating my mother's 80th birthday! The rooms were comfortable and clean and the kitchen was just the right size to prepare meals for a big family. We appreciated the quick walk to the beach and enjoyed the fire pit out back in the evenings. We even saw bunnies and deer while we were there. The host made sure I knew that if I needed anything during our stay, to not hesitate contacting him. Everyone loved the house and enjoyed their stay!

Getaway weekend

We had a fantastic stay at Norm, a beautiful cozy house. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby beach, and the house itself was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Norm was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway on the beach

We rented this house to celebrate my mother in laws birthday. The biggest challenge we had was in finding a wheelchair accessible home. This one was PERFECT! we even got to bring the fur baby! The host made it so easy to check in and out. The pictures don’t do the house justice. The space was beyond what we thought it would be. We were a group of 7 and the house accommodated all of us and then some. The house is very well supplied. Down to the complimentary toiletries. The cleanliness was also excellent. Communication was stellar! We will definitely be coming back! Easy 6 min drive to the beach too!

Gorgeous, Spacious & Sparking Clean

Our family loved staying at this very comfortable and spacious home. We appreciated how clean and beautiful it was, and only a few minutes walk to the beach! We were so grateful to be able to bring our doggie along too. Just an amazing retreat!! Appreciate the responsiveness of the property manager as well!
