This house was a great fit for our vacation to Neskowin with extended family. The upstairs game room was super fun, The whole upstairs worked great for the kids in our group. Everyone enjoyed the great deck with hott tub.The kitchen was nicely appointed.The beds were comfortable .

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to a beautiful beach. The house had many activities for a family with children. It had a variety of beds and adequate bathrooms. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with cookware and utensils. There was plenty of parking for everyone. I would definitely recommend the listing.

This is a perfectly fine vacation house. The hot tub was clean and smelled good. The house is large and clean. Really the only complaint I have is that the check out time is 10am, which is way too early for the price we paid for this house. 11am or noon check out would have been much more reasonable. The property management company responds quickly to texts. Lots of beds and bedrooms. Everything in the house worked fairly well. Its about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Also very family friendly. stocked with Lots of games and toys, and a room with 4 twin bunk beds for kids.

Nice house in a great location. Plenty of space for a large group -- with a primary suite, two queen rooms, and a four-bed bunk room downstairs and a large room with multiple beds upstairs. Kids enjoyed the game loft and the ping pong table downstairs; parents enjoyed the spacious living room, back deck, and hot tub. Walking distance to Neskowin Beach. Home was just light on basics -- paper towels, toilet paper, dish/laundry tablets, garbage bags, hot tub cleaner, etc. Otherwise very comfortable.

We had a great time. A quiet neighborhood with a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. The kids loved the arcade and hot tub!

Great lay out and location

Wonderful house that is a quick walk to a great beach. The house was laid out so that you could all spend time together in the living room and big kitchen or have some privacy in one of the great rooms. Great spot.

Beautiful home

This home was large enough for our big family and extremely kid friendly. We loved the hot tub, toy room, and ping pong table. It was a nice walkable distance from the beach.

Family Time

This home is a beautiful place to spend quality time with family. There is something for everyone, especially the younger members as well as the older. Books, games, arcade games, a hot tub, beautiful outdoor areas and a well stocked kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Much needed family retreat

This house felt very welcoming and perfectly set up for our large family with a mix of kids, adults, and pets. We all needed this time together and the house made it so easy for us to enjoy our time. We will definitely return!

Family Reunion

My family and I traveled to Neskowin from the east coast to attend a large family reunion. This house was able to fit 3 families comfortably with beds for everyone. The kids loved the bunk beds and hidden bonus room. The hot tub and outdoor seating were great. The beds were a bit too soft for some of our old backs but the location, ample parking, and everything else in the house was great for us.

Great time on the Oregon coast

This was a great place for our whole family (grandparents, parents and 5 grandchildren, ages 4-9). It is large enough to get some quiet time away from the crowd, but plenty of large space for everyone to be together if they want. The kitchen was very well equipped. The walk to the beach was very pleasant and not strenuous. this was the first beach experience for most of the children and they had a great time.

best house ever!

We've stayed at many houses on the Oregon coast, and this was by far the best: fully appointed kitchen to cook and serve our group of 10, the entire house and all finishings were spotless and in great condition, our kids loved the upstairs playroom (and yes, the adults enjoyed the arcade game too), and just a couple of blocks from the beach. Could not have been better!

Plenty of Space, Also Cozy

Ten women together in one house? Yes! We had a lovely girlfriends retreat for three nights of fun, beach, sun, and hot tubbing. Close enough to Lincoln City for an afternoon of shopping. An easy walk to the beautiful Neskowin beach access. All of the bits we needed for a lovely weekend to retreat from the world together and celebrate friendship. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Girls Retreat

The house was very nicely decorated and well stocked. Plenty of space for 14 friends to reconnect. The internet strength was very good enabling us to watch a conference online without any problems. The location though close to the highway still felt woodsy and the short walk to the private beach was a wonderful way to enjoy the late afternoon and a stunning sunset.
