First thing you notice is all the pet stains on the carpets on every level of the house and the bar stools are filthy with stains. Texted the host to make sure they knew so I wouldn’t be charged. The house needs a deep cleaning. The master bathroom toilet was broken, the fire place didn’t work a lot of the window blinds don’t open or close correctly and several of the window handles didn’t work and the loft upstairs the screen door is broken. The couch in the living room doesn’t recline (as it’s supposed to).In the listing, there is a picture of a grill on the deck, however no grill was there. I feel like the house has been neglected. Yes the location is great because it’s so close to the beach and the view is beautiful. But the house is just not comfortable.

Great views, especially from the top deck! The kitchen has no spices/salt/peoper, oil, etc. next time we will know and bring our own. The only thing we missed was an outside grill or bbq.

This home is perfect for large familiar wuth kids! It's a non-fussy comfortable place fir multiple guests. Several options for sleeping arrangements. The beach access was a huge hit but bear in mind its a rock formation step system without hand rails. Easier access points are a few houses down. This is not a boutique stay as the house itself is well loved. Definitely recommend. We stayed late April when the rates were reasonable! One of our families are going back to the same house on a month because the children loved it so much!

Our family has spent the past four Thanksgivings in this home. We love the spaciousness of the home, location, and beautiful views. Sad to see it’s no longer available next November.

A home to stay again at!

Well stocked and beautiful home

The thing that impressed me even more than the breathtaking views and proximity to the beach was just how well stocked this home was with everything we could have needed. The beds were very comfy, everything was clean and well-arranged.

Weekend birthday getaway

Great place. We brought our 16 year old and two of their friends to celebrate a birthday. The lower level had a family room plus bedrooms so they could hang away from parents.

Great property for large groups. Nice and easy trail/steps to the beach. Darn good kitchen compared to most vacation rentals. We'll be back!

Great Rental

Enjoyed our stay. Proximity and views of the beach were excellent. A few sliding doors didn’t work smoothly and a few shades were missing cords. Rental company was very responsive. Overall a great rental!

Neskowin home

We love Neskowin’s beach and this home provided not only easy access but also a view of the beach. Very comfy beds and nicely appointed kitchen. The main level rooms on 2nd level are the most used and in the best shape. The lower level and top level could use some updating, and the windows could use cleaning, especially the screens, plus a number of the window shades cords are not functioning properly, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Destination Wedding

Son was married on the beach and our family stayed at this lovely property. Walking distance to everything in the small quaint town. Of Neskowin. The property was equipped with everything that we needed. Very well organized and a place for everything in the cabinets. Space for family to spread out. Would come back for an extended stay to get out of the heat of AZ in the summer!
