We had a great stay! The view of the gulf was amazing and the property was perfect for us as far as the space & accomodations. Everyone we interacted with was helpful from the host to the on-site staff. Clear communications made check-in and check-out easy. We’d pick this place again!

Had trouble with the door while we were there. Locked out multiple times the first day then we got.a key and glad to have got it as the lock gave us trouble the whole trip.

Sorry this guest had an issue with the keyless lock. It was not reported to us until late in the day, after hours, but fortunately we were able to get the over ride key to her within 10 minutes. The lock was still blinking green and maintenance had no problem operating it when checked the next day. We would have benn happy to provide them with a key when they first had an issue if we had been notified. We know there can be problems that arise suddenly and we try to respond as soon as possible. It is very important to us to make our guests stay as problem free as possible!

The condo was perfect. Right on the ocean. Very roomy and has a well stocked kitchen. It was just the two of us so it felt much larger than we expected. Right next to the Navarre pier so great location to the restaurants in the area.

Fantastic Condo!!

We had the best time at Navarre Beach! The condo was even bigger than it looked online and was very well appointed. We will most definitely stay here again!

Great Place to Stay

This condo is amazing. It is very clean, and I actually thought it looked better in person than in the pictures. The balcony is huge and there is plenty of room for your entire party. Nice sized pool and beach access. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very Nice Place

This is a great condo in a great location! Very clean and lots of room. This was our first time staying in Navarre Beach but definitely will not be our last. There are several local restaurants with delicious food. We loved this beach and how laid back it is.

We had the best stay at 505 Regency! All of the touches of home were the best. The condo is well stocked, and the lift recliner was so helpful to make my mother’s stay comfortable. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful, with best balcony

We loved our stay, clean, roomy, everything you could think they had in kitchen and best balcony to watch for dolphin playing and surfing d/t Debby. We will hopefully be back soon :)

Wonderful!!

The place was the perfect home away from home! Had everything we needed while their for cooking which was nice. Plenty of dishes. And a great view of the ocean from the balcony. We absolutely loved it!

Awesome Condo!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo had everything we needed and more and was very clean! Betty was very quick to respond, she went above and beyond to take care of everything we needed. We definitely hope to be back next year!

A Welcome Getaway

Location was perfect. View was equally so! Rooms were welcoming and relaxing. Kitchen was stocked. Everything was clean and spotless. Would gladly stay here again. Thank you for such a welcomed getaway!

Great location

Due to painting the exterior of the building we were unsure if we could use the balcony. As it turned out our unit was complete. Yay! However the adjacent units were not and it was very messy and noisy all day long. Other than that the place was great! It is spacious and the huge balcony with view of the ocean can’t be beat. The location on the beach and quiet neighborhood are wonderful.

Review

The unit itself was very spacious and roomy. The carpet has definitely seen better days and needed replacing or at least a deep cleaning. Same for the tile floors. Unfortunately storms had causing the gulf to look like a brown muddy river. Mid way through our trip it cleared and was beautiful.

I remember your email on Sunday about the color of the water....unfortunately there had been a storm before your arrival. Glad it cleared up during your stay. I can guarantee a lot of things but weather and water aren't one of them! We will definitely take a look at the carpet and tile (about 4 years old). They were cleaned before spring guests arrived. Glad you enjoyed the space.

Condo that is comfy as being at home with the bonus of being on the beach

This condo was wonderful!! It was clean and roomy. The bedrooms and living rooms have carpet which was nice. The balcony is large and has a table and 4 chairs, a lounge chair and an addiitonal 2 chairs. It has a beautiful view of the pier. I loved the furnishings as it has just enough beach but also is as comfy as being home in my own house. The power recliners were very comfortable.. I really appreicated the walk in shower that had a grab bar. Both bathroooms contained grab bars which is so nice for someone like me who is disabled. The kitchen is well stocked. Full size laundry room. Ample parking and the building was quiet. Betty was quick to respond to any inquiries I had. I will defnitely stay again!

Outstanding stay!The condo was spotless, smelled good and had an amazing air conditioner. Everyone from our group liked their beds - super comfy! The kitchen was well-stocked, the w/d worked great (we did a load every day). The living room had plenty of seating for our group with great views of the floor to ceiling windows/sliding door of the gulf). The bathrooms were super clean - toilets worked great and the showers had good, hot water pressure. But there were to things that stood out the most....the HUGE balcony with a table/chairs and loungers - we ate breakfast here every single day - what a magnificent view! The other was the outstanding part was the host - Betty. She was super-fast to reply to any questions or needs we had and went out of her way to make sure our stay was flawless!The Regency parking area had plenty of parking. The pool was never crowded and nice and cool after a beach day. There was security making sure everyone had a bracelet and was supposed to be on the path to the beach as well as the pool. 100% recommend the condo. We were very comfortable and felt safe the entire time we were there. Lots of families - good environment.
