Communication is important to us, especially regarding the construction efforts in the community. To ensure our guests are made aware, we outlined the balcony closures on our online listings as well as in our rental agreements. In addition, all reservations staying in affected areas received a construction discount that was applied in the online rate. Thanks for much for leaving this feedback for us. I can certainly understand the confusion regarding the early check-in procedures. We definitely want to give our guests early access whenever possible and have a paid and courtesy check-in procedure. If the unit is ready a few hours early we automatically give our guests access completely complementary, but we also have a paid service that gives our guests even earlier access. Looking into this for you, our agent worked with our hospitality team to prioritize your arrival and secure you a 10 AM check-in for a fee, but you may still have been able to check in a few hours early had you not opted for that.
