Peaceful and accessible

The house was beautiful and located in a wonderful setting. It was close to every place we wanted to visit and provided a wonderful place to relax after the day's activities.

Great place to stay in Indio

Great location in Coachella Valley. Home was very comfortable and clean. Owner very good to communicate with. Would stay here again!!

We loved everything about the home!!! Very spacious, the kitchen was very well stocked. Comfortable beds and plenty of spare blankets if needed!

We had a relaxing time at Deb’s house. She is a great host. The house was very cozy. The beds were so comfortable. We felt like we were at home. Sitting out on the patio was the highlight of our trip. This house is located in the most beautiful setting. We look forward to staying at this location in the future.

Wonderful place to relax with family

Wonderful place to relax, refresh and bond with family. Comfortable, clean, convenient home with all the amenities you could want. The activities we did included: cooking family meals, swimming, walking, shopping, thrifting (the thrift shops here are AMAZING), working out, etc.

Beautiful Home

Been staying here with a group of friends every year for the past 7 years or so. Debbie is great to work with and the house is wonderful and well stocked. Always enjoy this lovely home!

Lovely home

This is a lovely home with a great layout with the 3 bedrooms all separated from each other for privacy. Very convenient to Polo Fields and Debbie was super responsive!

Nice place for large family

My adult daughters and their partners stayed there, along with their dogs. They didn't spend that much time in the unit as they were at our nearby place for the Thanksgiving holiday.

further than comfortable walking distance

Property was very nice, but we were under the impression that it was close to the venue. Over an hour walk to the gate.

Thank you for the update. I know that the city and the venue continue to change walking and driving lanes to ease the flow. I am not sure if they changed the entrance for your festival. This community where the house is adjacent to the polo fields and in the past I have walked it and it took about 20 minutes to get in. I will let future guests know as well. Thank you again. Debbie

Spacious High End Property

We were not at this property much so we did not have time to enjoy the home or it’s amenities. Quiet neighborhood with well maintained properties. Preferred an ice maker and less restrictive way to enter the complex (the line at the guard gate was often long).

Floors were very dirty.Outside patio was very dirty.Strong smell of cleaner throughout the house.Master bed was doused with some sort of spay on fabric spay. Had to wash sheets ourselves to get rid of smell.Guests should be aware this is a lived in house....residents lotions still on nightstands, jar of Tucks on toilet tank etc.

So sorry that you were not satisfied with the house. The guests before you were there for several weeks so some personal items may have been over looked The cleaners felt rushed due to the fact you needed to check in asap everyone did try to accommodate your plans and I apologize if things were missed or the cleaners cleaning products were strong You did check in 3 hours early so that’s on me. I should have let them take their time and not have let you check in early I will Have to rethink this in the future. Thank you for bringing this to my attention I do have several couples that book the house yearly and have for years so hopefully this cleaner does a job that they are satisfied with. The outside gets dusty and dirty due to being in the desert. There is wind most of the time.

Family Wedding Trip

The home was very comfortable and welcoming. The queen bedroom had a recliner that was perfect for my mom to be able to relax and have a little separation. All the beds were comfortable and having separate bathrooms for every bedroom was wonderful. We enjoyed dinner on the lovely patio one evening. All in all we were very pleases. Thank You

We loved our stay at Debbie’s place. It was relaxing and spacious for our small family of three, plus one friend who took the guest room. Debbie is very communicative and we look forward to staying at her property again!
