We had a wonderful time staying at the 45th Place Beach House. It is conveniently located on a quiet street that is a close walk to both the beach and town. The house is very comfortable and well laid out with a good mix of public and private spaces. It's rare to find a property with multiple King beds and, as tall people, we appreciated that. The house is also well appointed with just about any appliance or toy that you could ever hope for. The game room and outdoor play areas could accommodate any large family. The management company was very proactive, making sure we were comfortable and checking in to see if we needed anything. All in all, this is a wonderful place to stay if you are planning a trip to the area.

This was the perfect location and house for a large group (ranging from older adults to small kids dogs)! We ended up spending a lot of time at the house because there was so much to do there. It is located on a dead end with only one neighbor in sight and very quiet. The trail behind the house is 10 min walk directly to a quiet area of the beach, which was awesome. the highlight was for sure the huge yard, especially for the kids and dogs. We will definitely stay here again if back in the area together!

This property was great for our family! We had 6 adults, 3 small children and 3 small dogs. The fenced yard was perfect! The game room well equipped…we all enjoyed that! Kitchen was very well equipped also!Would stay again:)

This was a perfect place for us to stay with our daughter and her family while we explored Long Beach and the surrounding area. The house was clean and well supplied with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were good and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked for us to cook our own meals. The boys loved the game room. we enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Host was welcoming and very responsive to inquiries and needs. House had great amenities. Kitchen, laundry, king size beds, TV s in every room, hot tub, large game room, play equipment outside - lots for the kids. Very clean.

Host very responsive and helpful. House worked well for our family including kids & dogs. Game room was a hit, as was the huge fenced yard. Beach is a bit of a trek, but we’re all hikers and enjoyed the scenic path. House was clean and well outfitted for cooking, towels, etc. Would totally book again!

Short Family getaway

This place is great! My dog was happy, my husband got to grill and go fishing, my kids rarely bugged ME for entertainment which is the best ever! Lol There was enough for them to do to stay occupied.

Had a group of 10 friends stay for the weekend and had a wonderful stay! Close to beach and stores/restaurants and a great house with plenty of space!

Amazing place

This place was perfect for us. It had a converted garage where the kids hung out all the time playing games. We all broight our bikes and rode on the bike path all the way to the lighthouse. Its close to restaursnts and many fun things to do. Definitely will stay here again!!

Family Celebration of life

Lots of room for family. Outside of toys and games kept everyone busy. House was supplied with everything, all you had to do is bring your food and you were set. Highly recommend the property.

Wonderful family weekend getaway!

This was our second time at this property, and we enjoyed it just as much as we did the first time (8 years ago). This time we had our 7 year old son and our dog with us and this house was just perfect for us all. Our son LOVED the game room and the outdoor play areas. And our dog loved doing zoomies through the sand in the fenced backyard. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Family Reunion

This was a great home for our family reunion. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare all our meals. There is an extra fridge in the playroom which was helpful and the backyard and playroom were great for our 3 and 5 years grandchildren. You can walk to the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good place to vacation. Fantastic game room, rooms good size. Went during Christmas and they even decorated having a Christmas tree. Very enjoyable stay.
