Family Vacation

This property was amazing and accommodated all 12 of us with more space than we could use. The game rooms, theater room, outdoor play areas, firepit, and location were perfect. We book a family trip every year and always pick a new place. We loved this property so much I anticipate we will book this home again in the future.

Amazing property that handled us all. We were very comfortable and could all gather in the living room and still have enough space for kids to run around. The downstairs for the kids was perfect. We had a great time. The house is large. We had up to 13 people & we did not feel crowded at all. The house isn’t for everybody. It is old, full of antiques & has a unique atmosphere. Some of the rooms could use a little TLC, but most of us loved it. The basement entertainment center is awesome!

An excellent location with great amenities. We spent 3 nights and this was not enough to truly appreciate all the features. It was unusual to walk into a place which already looks good online and it looks significantly better in person. The hosts responded very promptly to any needs and let us know when there would be maintenance happening. We loved having a walking path to the beach and being just a few blocks from a grocery store. The kitchen provided pretty much anything we needed for making meals and we made quite the feasts. Not really easily handicap accessible for a couple members of our party, but at least there is one bedroom on the main floor. Lots of beds and really great for large families with kids. We had lots of fun!

hi Nick, i am so happy it worked out for you, and thank you for bring up the beauty of the path to the beach. It is a longer walk, but it is through moss covered woods filled with birds and wildlife. While it may take a slow 10 minute stroll to get the beach, all of the land is part of the Bloomer Mansion. Of course, one could drive to the beach in under two minutes (approach is 2 blocks south) but why miss all the nature. Best, Kathy, General Manager Bloomer Estates Vacation Rentals
