The layout was great with comfortable beds and spacious eating area and bathrooms and in unit laundry. It’s close to beach and pool area. The kitchen could’ve been better stocked as we only had a few packets of laundry detergent and not much toilet paper for a 4 day stay and no coffee filters, sugar, salt, or pepper. Also there was persistent banging next door for two days as they were working on unit next door. They refunded us 106 for inconvenience but we would’ve picked a quieter unit if we had known in advance. Communication with host was good

This condo was in a great location for the beach. Having a pool was such a wonderful pleasure. Couldn't ask for a better place for the beach vacation. Loved that it wasnt overly crowed and driving distance to every thing you could want

Our stay was great! A little confusing on the accessibility to the property at first. Loved it!

This property is extremely old and in desperate need of a major renovation. Almost everything in it was rusted and/or falling apart. The front of the drawers in the master bedroom would just pull right off when trying to open them. The drawers in the guest rooms would just fall out. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed. The outdoor patio furniture was 40 years old and rusted. The trash can in the guest bathroom - rusted. The washing machine - rusted. The couch sunk down to the springs when you sat down. The toaster was probably 25 years old and was a crapshoot if it decided to work or not. The microwave door was broken, as was the rotating plate on the inside. The elevators have key fobs that open up directly into your living room. We had quite the scare when the maintenance man showed up with no forewarning directly into our living room - a text, call, or some type of heads up would have been nice. We had young kids with us and knowing that someone could just take the elevator directly into our condo was quite alarming and a serious safety concern. They left us with one hand soap that was 5% soap and topped off with water so was as good as nothing. The toilet paper and paper towels were most likely from the dollar store and did not do their jobs. The list goes on and on. Honestly, we could not wait to leave. 5,000 for a week is absurd. It is obvious the owners use this as a cash cow and don’t really care about making it a warm and welcoming place.
