Questa incredibile casa di 3000 metri dietro i cancelli di Indian Wells Country Club si trova su un favoloso terreno di 2 ettari che un tempo ospitava 2 campi da tennis - c'è una piscina privata e un centro benessere nella mia proprietà con una piscina e un centro benessere comuni - come un boutique hotel con incredibile vista sulle montagne e campo da golf. Dispone di un ampio patio che può ospitare 12 per la cena e la vista aperta consente i punti di vista e la bellezza della landscaping- abbiamo 35 palme sulla proprietà. Sono flessibile nei giorni, ma i fine settimana sono più costosi - è una casa perfetta per 3 coppie- ha 3 letti king-3 master suite-- Ho appena ristrutturato il pavimento questa estate 2018- è bellissimo !! Nuova piastrella in gres porcellanato grigio - sembra legno !! LA NUOVA VERNICE BIANCA E LA MOQUETTE COLORATA GRIGIA NELLE CAMERE DA LETTO SONO STATE FINITE SOLO 15 LUGLIO 2019- TANTO NICER MOLTO !!!! Questa è una seconda casa un passo avanti da un noleggio - ha tutto.
Grande sole del mattino - ma può prendere il sole nel pomeriggio sulla proprietà 2a piscina
Questa è una seconda casa privata che tutti coloro che vengono visitati vogliono tornare ... ancora e ancora è decorata con opere d'arte di Sante Fee e ha una grande grande sala per intrattenere, con soffitti alti, tutto aperto sentire c'è una casa in il composto che può anche essere affittato insieme. Posso inviare immagini.
Indian Wells è la Beverly Hills di Palm Desert Area. Molto vicino alla Stadio Tennis.
Questa casa è dall'altra parte della strada dalle Hyatt Grand Champions e hotel di Esmerelda molto vicino a La Quinta e Palm Desert. Si tratta di un paio di isolati dalla Indian Wells Country Clubhouse. La zona è molto isolato e privato e sicuro e tranquillo. Tutti amano il aperta vista- sole del mattino e la fontana / zona verde è lussureggiante!
Questa favolosa casa è situata su due acri di terreno e ha una vista spettacolare sulle montagne, vista campo da golf e si affaccia su una zona verde lussureggiante con una grande fontana e paesaggio bellissimo floreale. Se guardate il mio sito web si può passare attraverso il tour virtuale della proprietà ... la casa diventa sole del mattino e la vista è incredibile da casa e fuori. La casa è dietro i cancelli e vicino al country club Indian Wells.
Io sono di fronte al resort esmerelda e Hyatt resort che dispone di due nuovi corsi-di golf che si può guidare la mia macchina da golf a loro
Vita all'aperto è accentuata nel patio panoramico espansiva con una piscina privata e spa / jacuzzi e una piscina comunità / spa passi. Barbecue a gas e fuori da pranzo un must. C'è un grande ombrellone da usare, divertente attrezzature piscina per adulti e bambini, la musica può essere convogliata all'esterno in tutta la casa. Ho un nuovo sistema di nebulizzazione per raffreddare fuori nel patio del cortile. Altoparlanti esterni per ascoltare piacere e divertente.
Adiacente alla zona esterna è una grande sala grande con soffitti 14 piedi, grande ventilatore a soffitto e un bar in marmo affondata per intrattenere pranzo per una grande festa! Ci sono due grandi allenatori in pelle e due grandi sedie e un caminetto a gas. Ho diversi sgabelli da bar per gli ospiti. Ho installato un nuovo televisore LCD HDTV 65 pollici sopra il camino per il piacere
Godere di una cucina gourmet completamente attrezzata tutto in attesa della chef con nuovi elettrodomestici (fornelli a gas, forno e forno a microonde) e utensili e top in marmo. Fornisco caffè e tè, frullatore, candele, vetro e piatti di plastica per interni ed esterni. C'è una lavanderia con sapone da bucato in dotazione. Ho diversi libri di cucina gourmet. Fornisco ferro e asse da stiro e vapore per i vestiti.
Ci sono CD, DVD e video per adulti e bambini. Ho un ad alta velocità internet- centinaia di chanels via cavo HBO e 300 DVD per uso del mio VISITATORI-
Per i momenti più tranquilli gustare una ricca biblioteca cd e dvd e quattro televisori e TV via cavo. Ci sono circa 300 libri, riviste e libri illustrati.
Tre camere da letto complete del master con letti king-size, bagni tutti ben arredate con favolosa pietra e mattone di vetro e una camera aggiuntiva ospiti con due letti singoli o letto a rotelle che possono essere messi fianco a fianco come un grande letto per due persone. Ho una alta qualità letto queen blow-up e due grandi allenatori. L'arredamento è Tommy Bahama, un motivo hawaiano mescolato con deserto contemporaneo. Ho un computer e internet con giochi per computer. Molto grande espansivo su Windows non freme nei grandi finestre UV3 Room-.
Due box auto e un campo da cart- mi forniscono le mountain bike per andare in bicicletta. Ho una stampante e un computer per l'uso e wireless per gli ospiti. contattami in date e tariffe speciali, ecc. non pubblicati

Great stay in heart of Indian Wells

This was our 2nd year staying at the house. The house is aimed to provide a homey and comfortable experience which it totally delivers on! Close proximity to the Tennis Garden was also super convenient (literally one road to get there). Gated community adds extra sense of quiet and safety.

Business trip with grandchildren visiting on a weekend. Owner excellent in all ways, very helpful, quick to respond to questions. She really wants you to have a good time visiting the area and to enjoy your stay

Beautiful upscale private golf community close to many shops and restaurants!

It was very relaxing and all the amenities were in excellent working order. Did lots of walking to shopping and local restaurants. We used the golf cart to explore and had a cocktail at the club house. Make sure to have dinner at the Cliff House they had a terrific HH and twilight pre-fix. Karen had outlined all the instructions well and was available for questions. We hope to be back and do some golfing.

Disappointing

Cluttered, mess in main room. Possibly a better place to rent when weather is warmer As pool is an unheated ice box. Yard furniture was old and covered up, unwelcoming to guests. Also 3 bathrooms and no tubs!

Most people don't heat their pool in the Winter time because.. Its very cold.. You never asked a question I would bet 90% of the homes don't rent or don't heat their pool during the Winter months unless it's asked They could have used a hot tub it would have worked unfortunately it was very rainy the week that you showed up and I do cover up the outside furniture to protect it... Most people are happy with a house that has showers.. I don't know how many people really take baths.. in a rental... I wouldn't typically take a bath in a place where other people shower but again if you would have asked me I could have told you and you could have rented another place There is a hot tub and unfortunately I can't change that it was written that I have bathrooms with showers and/or again you could have asked me I would have told you I have a lot of Real.art work a lot of books ... Lots of DVD's &c d's and a ton of games for kids it's not a place that is austere environment is the place it shows artwork and Santa Fe pottery I guess if you looked at the pictures you could of notice it's not a place that isn't full of items.. There's pictures of very famous people with me in it and most people find that interesting to look at but maybe that's just not what you guys wanted if you would have viewed the video it showed most of the house I think you really didn't want to go because you were trying to get out of the rental because you said that Alaska was not going to let you fly out of Seattle and I called and they said they would let you out earlier.. I offered it A-day earlier ...and that would have helped . I've never ever had anybody say the house is cluttered .. People cook in the place people share all the alcohol I have and It's not a boring House that's a typical rental with nothing much in it... I'm sorry you weren't happy but if you had looked at the videos and read the information you would have seen what the place was about but I do realize there were covers on the patio furniture.. Plus people just throw it off but I'm just trying to protect the furniture because it was a terrible rainy season give me your address and I'll send you back a 1000 dollars I already called VRBO and told them that you left early I've never ever had anybody do that in the 15 years I've been renting but you can't please everybody... Certainly would offer that send me your address best regards to

Host interaction was excellent and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. Neighbors were lovely. Beds were comfortable, but options for firmer pillows would have been appreciated. The house was fully stocked with everything one could need and the variety of pots and pans was appreciated. Knives needed sharpening and something better than glass cutting boards would be helpful. A bit too much clutter on the countertops including numerous power cords. I think the house’s decor is just not to my taste as I prefer a much more spare aesthetic. The owner was up front in disclosing this was a house she lives in so it’s not unexpected that her personal items would be on display but I personally just don’t care for seeing so many pictures, so much artwork, so much furniture and so many tchotchkes. Just my personal preference.

HI- well happy you stayed here- there was a wooden cutting board in the kitchen I think you missed it and pillows in the cabinets that were thicker and I will get the 1200 dollar cutco knifes sharpened- i cut my finger on them twice and almost needed stiches so i stay away from them lol- more knives buried in the drawers but will sharpen! I appreciate the comments and i have had that comment before on a lot in the house--- going to take that to heart and get rid of some items- i do my best to say there is a lot in it- artwork- library games- but yes i can tone it down - thank you I understand your sentiments- and I am giong to put newer videos on - Best to you

Excellent Host - Excellent Property

This home was a great location for our family to gather for Thanksgiving. Thank you Karen for all you did to make our stay perfect. Highly recommend this home if you are looking for a place in Indian Wells/Palm Springs.

Perfect get away house

We (me, wife, and six year old) went here for a break from our house and a chance to use a private pool. Everything was great, house is beautiful, lots of amenities, and lots of labeled instructions on how to use it all. Even golf cart was available which was a nice way to check out the quiet neighborhood on a hot summer day. With just 3 of us there was plenty of space and a larger group would definitely be comfortable. Karen was very responsive, flexible, and helpful. We were sad to go and hope to return someday.

Perfect Covid Getaway!

Karen’s lovely, spacious home was the perfect place for my birthday getaway. The grounds are gorgeous and the backyard pool, spa and patio area are just wonderful. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. This property is truly an oasis in the desert!

Great place to call home for a few days!!

This feels like it is your home, everything so well planned out from relaxation to recreation, we would definitely like to come back soon!! We had a blast! Golf course was awesome, hitting range balls at the club, puttering about in the golf cart, comfortable lodging, beautiful views, simply awesome!!!

Weekend Getaway

We were so happy happy we rented Karen’s home for our 1st weekend getaway since the pandemic. Karen’s home as everything we needed and was so comfortable. We enjoyed her private pool which was perfect to hang out with our friends, cool down and take a float. The home is very well appointed with everything you might need. Karen has thought of everything. Check in and out was extremely easy. We look forward to more weekend getaways at Karen’s home in the future.

Corona review-never arrived due to emergency county order

My first review ever - we rented for 2 weeks to attend the IW tennis tourn - which was cancelled and an emerg. declared for county 2 days prior to our arrival. Commun. with owner/renter went to zero- she claimed she could have rented it if only we had cancelled earlier- then no comm. after that. Thank you AMEX for securing my refund. It appears she also tried to "game" the system by changing our original booking to one night from 14 days. It did take AMEX until may to get my deposit and rental $$ refunded. It appears she was fighting with VRBO to not refund anything. I was willing to work with her but she stopped communicating - not good.

Beautiful house with plenty for everyone!

We decided to ring in the New Year in Indian Wells with two other couples and Karen's home was perfect. The house has 3 master suites, a great pool and hot tub, a nice fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating, fruit trees, a beautiful yard, plenty of comfortable couches and chairs in front of the fireplace and tv. The kitchen is completely stocked with anything you might need. We highly recommend Karen's home. Karen is responsive and responds promptly. Enjoy your stay!

It was a perfect set up for my six guests (son and family (4) plus two granddaughters.

We celebrated my son's 50th and needed extra space for those attending. I live near this location. Rented this house and it worked out great. Everything was as advertised.

A terrific vacation home away from home

Karen is an outstanding hostess. Her home was very comfortable for my wife and me. Two of our adult kids joined us for a few days and enjoyed the home as well. The great room and patio areas are outstanding gathering spaces. The bar area was the perfect location when we had to do some work. Thank you for a terrific time Karen. We look forward to staying in your home again!

Great house

I’ve rented this house at Indian Wells C.C. multiple times over the last five years, and highly recommend it. In the past, a buddy and I have used it as our base for golf weekends in the area. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is really functional and stocked with plenty of pots, pans and utensils. The television is really big and has extensive channels from which to choose. An added plus is that the house comes with a golf cart. I’m told that a mark of whether you like a place is if you return to it—well, I’ve returned on more than five occasions, and fully intend to come back again!

my view is wonderful- the morning light- all the windows and the ambiance of the area- the mountain views- the golf course across the street- the accessories- the ambiance- the large great room, the books, dvds , music the home - very comfortable and old school but up to date!- the two pools and spas- the quietness of a large 2 acre property w very view neighbors, the golf cart- the outside patios and the Indian wells walks and closeness to all the areas in the desert, private country club gated community. very safe and private
